After a bad Mother’s Day experience with an online florist company, I contacted Frances Flower Shop. Within the hour, my mother had her beautiful bouquet just like I ordered. Great service.

Frances Flower Shop saved our order! We placed an order on the weekend with a competitor for a Monday funeral delivery. We were assured they would be delivered. We found out less than 2 hours before the funeral that the other flower shop could not fill our order.
With 1 hour 15 minutes left before the funeral Frances Flowers took our order, delivered a beautiful arrangement, and beat all other florists to the service. They also delivered 9 flowers for pall bearers after the other florist forgot them in another order.
Amazing service and very considerate staff. They did not have to go out of their way to help our family, but provided comfort in our ability to send our condolences in such a beautiful arrangement.
