The car was great. 2016 Malibu. Loved the car. I ended up extending my reservation and that was easy as pie. No troubles with that at all.
My only gripes are:
–The location is easy to miss and not easily accessible, especially during afternoon traffic. It’s in the middle of an auto mall shopping center thing and if you miss your turn, you have to wait for a light to get into the shopping center.
–Then we had to wait for someone to rinse off the car or something (which wasn’t necessary IMO) but that took longer than it needed to because of the traffic.
–Only one person servicing customers.
I would rent from this location again but the only thing that would deter me is location. But overall, my experience was fine.

Car was dirty and they were put out to drive me back after I dropped off vehicle. I walked the 4 miles to my car. I would not recommend this establishment.
