I have seldom been treated more rudely in any retail setting. I wanted to get custom fit for a set of PING irons, and the salesperson told to come back the next day at 10AM and I could get right in for a fitting. I took a vacation day the following day, showed up at 10 ready for my fitting for an expensive set of irons, and the people at Edwin Watts basically called me a liar, said they couldn’t fit me that day(apparently too busy with the guy striping 125-yard drives), and told me to make an appointment for another day. None of this conversation happened in anything resembling a polite tone, even when I mentioned that it was THEIR employee who suggested that I show up at this time and that I had taken a vacation day to do so. I drove to another shop where I was promptly fitted(and treated like a valued customer) and purchased from them. The other shop has earned my business, and I will never return to Edwin Watts.
