chef shuttled this place… the burger was twice the size of the bun the whole entire plate was covered in grease. they ran out of wings so my meal was late. I replaced the wings with the fried pickle that were BROWN never in my life have I ever seen brown fried pickles the grease was even brown.(SOGGY) They left off my $ 1 worth of bacon. I will give them this. I wrote a note stating they should add something to the topping menu and they gave it to me. and the best part about the whole meal was the ranch dip they gave me for the pickles.

Came here today for the first time and I always say the positives before the negatives. Jordan our server was a delight. Upbeat, friendly, joking with us and pretty attentive. We tried their hot buffalo and mango heat wings. They had that perfect crunch without being overly fried and having too much breading. The flavors were tasty but honestly I wish it had more kick. Special mango heat is always always hot. I had the standard man with onion rings. The bun is different than most here, it’s on a toasty brioche bun. I do like how they toasted it, crispy bacon, grilled jalapeño and queso. It tasted pretty good, just maybe too much on the salty side. The onion rings were also good without being all fried and no onion. They don’t have beer and alcohol yet but was told they will in a month. I have to beer with my wings or burger for sure. They will have all local beers on tap I was told and then full bar as well. The food was good. I’ll say a 6⁄7 out of 10. Nothing that wowed me but I’ll be back bc it’s convenient and good service. The thing about This place that gave it 3 stars instead of 4 was the inside, the set up. I love the concrete bare floor and brick walls, but it’s less lofty and more dungeon I thought lol. No natural light, very little lighting of his own in there. If they tore down the 2 counters tops with selves that are way too high & block out the windows, it would be tons better. It would liven the place up a bit. I’ll be back on Tuesday, they have 50 cent wings, if they will put up a few flat screens bc they have the wall space for sure and add their beer choices… it would be a great local spot to hang at for those on the west side.

This was the worst experience I have had a restaurant in a long long time. First of all, the restroom should be condemned and most gas station bathrooms along HWY40 are actually cleaner. The burgers they brought out to us were disgusting and the bottom bun was soggy and dissolving into the meat. We didn’t eat it. We paid and left. Lesson learned. Do NOT waste your time or money on this. The best review they have received so far is from someone who has not eaten there, yet.

Went tonight, not to busy at all, it took almost 30 minutes to get a burger, when food finally arrived the burger was so overcooked, that it crunched when I took a bite and it was burned. Restaurant was absolutely nasty, the conditions in the kitchen and the front bar were the worst I have ever seen in a restaurant.

Went for the first time today, had an interesting but not really bad experience. Service was decent, and I started with a starter order of onion rings. They were a pretty good flour/baking soda battered set of onion rings, crisp and not overly greasy. They came with an order of Bash Sauce, which is Bash’s take on the same house sauce every burger joint in WLR does these days. It paired well and I might try it as a topping on a burger in the future. For my entrée I went with the Holy Shitake burger with a side of fries and ranch for dipping. First off, a note on the ranch. They make it in house, and it is not bad, but it is way more dill heavy than you may be used to. I liked it as a change of pace but it’s a good thing to know going in, especially if you have a picky eater at your table. The fries were, like the onion rings, good if not entirely remarkable. They needed a dash of salt but that’s readily available at the table and ultimately a non option. They look to be fresh cut and are cooked well. The burger was an interesting experience. The mushrooms are not cooked as fully as you might expect. They are a bit firmer in texture as a result. Like the ranch, this isn’t something I disliked, but is worth noting as it might not be what you are expecting. The patty was very well cooked, juicy on the inside with a crisp exterior, but I felt that the beef could have used a bit more seasoning. I ended up adding salt and pepper halfway through my burger to liven it up. This may be less of an issue with some of their more exotic signature burgers, many of whom have one or more sauces on them, but on the mushroom melt was noticeable. The ambience is a nice improvement on the Brunos that formerly resided there, though the few windows and the sparce lighting gives the whole place a strangely low-lit feel that doesn’t work as well for a burger joint as it does for an Italian restaurant. The nasty old carpet from the Bruno’s days is gone, replaced with a bare concrete floor. The place seemed all in all much cleaner than it was the last I visited(when it was still Bruno’s). All in all it was not bad, a solid A-Ok, but with a little room for improvement. I’m going to be back. Bash started life as a food truck, and I’m hoping some of the minor quibbles I have are just part of the transition from food truck to restaurant.

No. Building smells so bad you may lose your appetite. Got my order wrong even after repeating the order 3x emphasizing I just want a plain burger… How do you mess up a plain burger? Burger meat is really good so has the potential to be a 4.5 star place.

I am going to contribute some of the fails to growing pains. My daughter and I go about 7:30 on a Saturday night and 3 other tables were taken. We were greeted by a we are out of Mac and cheese, fries and dessert. My daughter was not happy because yes she loves Mac and cheese but we stayed anyway. The place is not much to look at but that’s sometimes a good thing. We started out with the cheese dip and chips. It’s fine has a little kick. The chips were crispy and greasy but they really were good. I got a burger and I will say it was a good burger. My daughter got the chicken fingers and they were kind of well done. She tried them and said they were fine but would not get them again. The waitress said the batter they have them in is just dark and I will say she offered to make some more but my daughter said that’s ok. They need to work on the we are out of things. You should not be a burger place and run out of fries. They have 3 sides and that’s Mac and cheese, fries and onion rings. Out of 2 out of 3 sides not good. I understand you were a food truck but that’s not the case anymore. The waitress was nice and brought my daughter pickles since she does not like onion rings. My sister went last week and no Mac and cheese for her either so they really need to work on that.

Really good burgers and fries! Hey have now moved to a store front. Haven’t been there yet… don’t know if I will. Something special and fun bout eating at a food truck, though I know it’s not prime working situation for the proprietor.

This was my first trip to BASH. I’ve read good reviews on Facebook, so my expectations were high. I should have set the bar low. Saturday at 4pm and I’m told they were out of sauces for the wings. Only two were available. Something about an event in Little Rock. I asked for the fried pickles, nope, they are out. How about the bbq fries? Nope, no bbq. That sank my plans for a pitmaster burger. I was told it’s only available at certain times. My son and I ordered burgers since wings were not an option. He got the atomic burger and I ordered the Korean BBQ burger with small fries and onion rings. No drinks. $ 21 even. The bun was the best thing on either burger. Both were average, on the thin side and fairly cold. The lettuce on mine was dark brown and looked like a napkin. I pulled it off. The sauce was light and overall it was dry. The fries were seasoned well but soggy. The onion rings were fused together but pretty good after teasing them apart. I will call first to see if they have any wing sauce before going back. The burgers and fries were overpriced for the quality, in my opinion.

Tried it for the first time today. Ordered chicken strips, fries, and a homemade lemonade. Chicken strips were good(not great), fries were good(not great), lemonade was pretty good. The sauces were solid. My friend ordered a burger and fries — he was not impressed. I tried a bite of the burger and it was pretty bad. From the other reviews I’ve seen on Facebook — I hope this was a fluke. I will give them a couple of weeks and try again because they seem to have some really cool hamburger toppings /sauce options. With the proximity of this place to my home, I’m hoping things improve and they succeed.
