Dunkin’ Donuts

Slow slow slow. Plenty of staff but seemed to be poorly trained and unorganized. Ice cream was good, coffee was good. Several people walked out due to delay. This was middle of week during early April.

Not bad at all. Service was pretty quick and everything was good. Nothing out of the ordinary but nothing spectacular either. Had some baskin Robbins ice cream, coffee, donut and a coolatta. Service seemed fine they were busy but had to remind them to make the coolatta since they forgot and moved on to the next orders.

Donuts? Below average. Customer service? Lousy.
This store is located in a resort area and we’ve visited there three years in a row. This time we picked up half a dozen assorted donuts. Most of the donuts were ok, though some were a little dry. The lemon filled doughnut had almost no filling in it, maybe one bite tasted of lemon. As I was driving by Dunkin Donuts the next day I thought to stop and see if they would make right with a free doughnut. I nicely explained about the «plain» lemon doughnut to the clerk who immediately referred me to the manager. The managers response was to become very defensive, almost aggresive, saying that there was nothing she could do and that the doughnuts «come to the stores like that!» That may or not be the case, but I can’t believe a manager cannot replace a doughnut. I’ll also add that previously the store had filled donuts with the flavor of our choice when none were available. Maybe they don’t do this any more. I know for sure that there is a Krispy Kreme closer to where we stay, so we’ll probably by going there next year.
