My desktop decided to die in the middle of the day and it caused a major problem as we run our Point of Sale system from it. Needless to say, I needed it fixed immediately.
I started googling and Unilocaling to see who was in the area and I found one place that was very close to the store. I ran over there and found out that no one was in… Apparently he was on service calls … Getting nervous, I continued my search and found Steve’s info and contacted him.
In a nutshell, I delivered my computer to him and the next day, he delivered it back to my store. I explained the situation and the urgency involved and he pulled through in the clutch.
If I ever have any future complications, I would not hesitate one second to contact Steve… He was awesome.

Steve from Pinpoint Computer is just fantastic! He has all the experience needed to fix any computer problem. He takes his time and listens to someone like me that really is not into the workings of my computer and at times becomes frustrated when it does not work as I think it should!!!
