Excellent Italian cuisine! The price is good and so is the food. Since it is a small restaurant, you can easily get along with the employees. Just try not to order take out through a phone. I used to order take out through a phone, but rarely got the right order

I live across the street, great go to spot for pizza. I’ve never ordered anything else but the Magherita pizza is phenomenal. Definitely one of the best pizzerias in little ferry area, and there are quite a lot. Quick service too, only down side is they are closed Sunday’s.

When I’m in the area THIS is the place to get fresh pizza. The owner is always running around due to how much business this place gets. I would highly recommend getting the meatballs or antipasto pizza. I always leave this place with a smile and a full belly!!!

I was in town for an interview from Chicago and found this local place. I had a bruschetta/​margarite pizza and it was awesome. The crust was very crispy. The driver and the cook, Juan, were very friendly and knowledgeable… which I appreciate. I have accepted the position so I’m sure I will be back!

Positano is one of the few places in the area where you know you will always get an enjoyable meal. Whether you are in the mood for something light, or something with more substance, you are sure to find it at Positano. For a very picky eater like me, the chef is always willing to prepare any dish for you, as long as the kitchen has the ingredients and will cater to any food allergies/​dietary restrictions within their means. The family is what makes this restaurant so special. My family and I have been coming here for years, and besides the food, the family is what keeps bringing us back. We have also had many milestone events at Positano ranging from Sweet Sixteen’s, to a bridal shower and they never disappoint. If you are in the area (or not so much), be sure to stop in and dine at Positano, or call for takeout/​delivery.

This is a small-​town family-​owned pizzeria that has had the same owner and cook for 35 years. The food is, naturally, consistent and good at least, excellent at best. The menu is standard Italian-​American — nothing fancy. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
If you are seeking a bistro or fine dining experience, look elsewhere. The owner is polite and engaging. The patrons are regulars. Both are unconcerned with the comings and goings of out-​of-​towners. That may be bad or good, depending on your viewpoint.
If you want a good meal with a lack of pretense, go here. If you would believe that the place needs remodeling, make the proprietor an offer. I’m sure that you could make it prettier and drive off the customers all at once.

We have ordered and picked up food from here a few times. When the food is fresh its not bad. However I have stopped eating from here because I never feel like the food is fresh anymore. My boyfriend has eaten shrimp parms before– but its hit or miss. Even a regular slice is hit or miss. I feel bad, the owners a nice guy but he needs to close up shop. The place looks like it needs to be bulldozed, forget renovated. They are slacking, and it shows. Not to mention, one time I paid with a credit card and I got charged an extra 2 dollars for his credit card fee. He needs to realize this isn’t 1973. Not to mention, they guy doesn’t seem to care about his business to much, because he cares more about bsing with his cronies. There could be no one in the place but me and some guy hes talking to and I have to wait 5 – 10 minutes to order.

Best pizza in Little Ferry! Small town ambiance is what makes this place. Yes, the locals are chatting with the owner. you could throw a baseball across the town it’s so small. Everyone knows everyone. well, maybe not these days anymore. Go in and see Tony and have a chat with him while you are waiting for your unbelievable food. The deliver anywhere you want too. Enjoy!

I’ve had Positano’s a couple times and it’s pretty good pizza with really good toppings. It’s probably the best in the area and the owner is quite nice. The calzone I tried was only okay, although the sauce that accompanied it was quite flavorful. The cheese in it was quite bland, which kind of defeats the purpose of a cheesy calzone. I also tried a salad, which was fresh and lovely.
Going into the place was a bit dicey for me. It’s rather dingy and it was full of several people, obviously local and who had obviously been in there at least a hundred times. I was unable to even find out whether my order was ready for quite a while as the owner/​chef and the resident patrons were busy yackin away.

I love this pizzeria! The people that work here are very nice. Their food is amazing. Best pizza in Bergen County. The chicken is delicious as well.
