I had a wrap the meat was cold when back told and they make me a even colder one.
When I ask for my money they eve say sorry really bad customer service.

At this Dunkin Donuts seems everytime I want regular coffee they seems to always give me decaf. You work at a Dunkin Donuts you cannot tell the difference. I can smell the differnce. Also the staff when you leave I am not sure if they say thanks mom. That to me is so unprofessional.

I tend to come to this place for quick work meeting every once and a while. There service as of late hasn’t been as bad as reported here. They do take a little long for a breakfast sandwich but they do have a good drive through business and its maybe only a few minutes longer then you would expect.
Donuts and Coffee as are expected, the ice cream is as expected, and they have some two for Tuesday deals on ice cream Sundays.
They place looks like it might have gotten that needed renovation that was talked about but the rest of the area looks like is run down. Either way it will fill your donut and coffee needs.

Hands down the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. We occasionally go to this place because it is close, and half the time they mess up your order or the food is below standard. Most recently my wife and I went there and the coffee coolatta tasted terrible, so we requested a refund. The staff was very rude and gave us a hard time. From now on we drive to the Dunkin on Rt 46 a few minutes away from this one.

I don’t know how or why this place is still in business. Seems like it’s deserted at times, but they are up and running. The place needs to get a facelift. It looks abandoned and they are not 24 hours. It may be worth it to come here at times, but just make sure you know what time they close. I feel they close earlier on some nights than they do on others.

if you’re looking to get an ice cream cake personalized here, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. it took these incompetent people 20 minutes to write «HAPPY B-​DAY EDDIE» (yes, they freekin wrote B SLASH DAY when there was more than enough room for the whole word). and not only that, the text looked like chicken scratch. I have a three year old niece with better penmanship. when they asked if it looked ok I told them no but that it was fine but only because I couldn’t afford to wait another four hours for them to fix it. NEVER AGAIN.

They get packed in the morning but they’re pretty quick and accurate most of the time. If you go late afternoon or at night, be prepared to repeat your simple coffee order 10 times, wait for several minutes, and then have to have your coffee remade. Better off going to the location by the airport.

Okay for what it is, foodwise, but MERCILESSLY slow for fast food. Think 15 – 25 minutes for a prefab breakfast sandwich combo and you’ll get the idea.
