Pizza & Sandwich Express

Place wasnt clean. Food was eh. The guy who was there was rushing us to order. So so nothing special.

This is a pretty dope place. Minus the one time where their food made more fluid come out of me than the nearby Great Falls.
I found them through GrubHub’s listings. They’re literally less than a mile away from me, in neighboring Little Falls. Started ordering various items from them. I typically order their FAT sandwiches, which are chock full of ingredients. My favorite is the Fat Floyd, which contains «a cheeseburger, chicken fingers, bacon, french fries, mozzarella sticks, mayo and ketchup… Served on 10″ roll.» It’s pretty satisfying, although I think the rolls (or something in the sandwich) could stand to be a TAD more moist and delectable. But I enjoy the sandwiches nonetheless.
What takes the other 2 stars away in my book? Well, about 2 months ago, I ordered from them late night, in my usual fashion. Decided to try lobster ravioli. I ate them, along with some wings, and tasted nothing out of the ordinary. Welp, Unilocal… After going beddy-​bye a few hours later, I woke up around 12:30 at night, only to have my stomach feel like it was in a no gravity zone in space… Just absolute TWIRLING around my torso. Let’s just say I lost about a gallon of «muddy» matter through my «attic», as well as my «basement»… When I called the place the next day (after having to miss work), the owner picks up. I made it evident that I wasn’t complaining or being angry, but that I wanted him to be aware that something in his kitchen was not fresh… I explained my food-​poisoning situation, and he gives the usual deflective, unfazed shpiel like it couldn’t POSSIBLY be their fault… He even goes as far as saying «Well, there’s no problem with the ravioli, because it’s frozen all the time!”— Either way, he gives me a $ 10 credit, even though I could have sued his pants off and cost him MORE THAN THAT.
I’ve refrained from ordering there again, but I won’t detract from the rest of their food. They’ve got a great local following, and the rest of their food is pretty darn tasty. I’d say, stick to their sandwiches, pizza, and popular appetizers. NO LOBSTER RAVIOLI!
I just hope that they’ll take a little more consideration as to when people call with complaints. I’m a person that rarely complains or gives negative criticism to those that serve me. So when I do (especially because I do it so NICELY), I don’t expect to be treated as if I’m either lying or just delusional, considering I’ve never had food poisoning until that moment. Thanks.

Very good pizza, good crust, sauce and lots a cheese. Definitely good pizza no one in the area can compare to it

ordered at 7:35pm told i’d get order of pizza sandwich and salad in 40 minutes, called at 8:25 no delivery. told it’s on its way. called at 9:00 pm, no delivery. told it was delivered. i was standing a door, no delivery. what a bunch of doo doo. no delivery. do not buy from this place, they do not deliver

I’ve been ordering from this place for years and the food has generally been good and some of the dishes are great.
Lately, the delivery guy started going to the wrong town (not his fault, the girl that answered the phone wrote it down wrong) and my food arriving very late and cold.
This happened again the other day but on top of that they also forgot to send the most expensive meal of the order, $ 15 worth! I called to complain and get replacement food sent or a refund and spoke to a guy who claimed to be the manager named William. I say claimed because he was very unprofessional.
While I’m trying to talk to him, he kept starting to yell at the driver. I kept telling him, I don’t care what happened with the delivery I just want to know about my food or refund. He kept ignoring me and yelling at the driver with me still on the phone. I finally shouted into the phone and got his attention and he told me I would get a refund and I should never call there again.
My refund was never processed, I was charged the full amount. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company will take his advice and never call there again.
Nice job, William. You lost a regular customer of 10 – 15 years.

Love the food here. Willy is always friendly. And food is always consistent.
The Ross favorite grilled chicken panini is my favorite! Tried a lot of different paninis and salads from their menu and have yet to be disappointed.

DO NOT order from here. Might be okay if you go in and pick up your own food. Took 1 ½ hours to get 2 pies. Called back after 40 minutes, were told the driver was leaving in 5 minutes. Still wasn’t here 20 minutes later. Called back, he had left with a different order, not ours. Took too long to get our food and it was cold when we got it. Terrible customer service, no one knows what they’re talking about and no one communicates.

The best BBQ chicken pizza !!! It was absolutely delicious. And great prices. Will definitely be going back !

They advertise high quality ingredients, but I’ve never had greasier pizza

Ok, so the place looks a little dingy on the outside. Not somewhere you would really want to get food from. I understand that. Had my bf not worked for them as a delivery boy, I probably would’ve never heard of them. Who am I kidding? If the bf and his 3 buddies hadn’t worked there in the past as delivery boys, I wouldn’t never heard of the place.
Mostly run and managed by a guy named Willy, the place does ok. On certain days of the week, pies are cheaper and even better, I believe Tuesday’s are ½ price sub days. C’mon, can you REALLY beat that? I didn’t think so. The best sub/​sandwich that they offer hands down is the Roast Beef sandwich which consists of hot roast beef with gravy and melted cheese on a garlic bread roll. and the garlic bread is the real deal. No messin’ around. Homemade garlic spread with olive oil. This was the first place I had ever encountered a sub like that. Now, I see them on all the menus! The flavors just blend together so well and if possible, have Willy make it for you cause he makes them the best.
Pizza isn’t bad. I’ve had better, but it’s pretty damn good. Specify «well done thin crust» as it is truly awesome. This allows more tasting of the sauce & cheese & whatever toppings than a plain pizza with crust that fills you up before you’ve even had your 2^nd slice of pizza.
Delivery can take a little while depending on the time and day you order. Typical mealtime hours are a bad call — you’d be better picking the food up yourself. And if you liked, you could also eat at one of the 3 or 4 tables they have set up in the shop. However, if it’s off hours, the food is more likely going to arrive still warm & tasty.
