Went in this store this morning and was treated terribly… First of all I’m holding a BOX weighting 20 some lbs. No one and there were 3 workers standing there did Nothing to help me with the door much less put or take the pkg from me, then the associate who took my order says Oh My that is Not a Valid address. ?/​/​Really I sent this to my SON over 20 some times from the UPS store down the road? She gives me a dirty look and says nope not going through? I said fine took the box and of course. She Never even said sorry can I help you out with that. Nothing! I will never step foot in there again suggest if your reading this you do the same! BBB is my next stop! Nobody should treat someone that poorly!

Wow! First and last time I will walk into this place. Try to ship a simple package and was given every reason why they couldn’t I have never experienced that before. On top of it the sales associate was very rude don’t go here

Such a strange experience here today. After shopping for a quick birthday gift for 15 minutes 2 males behind the counter ask me if they can help me. I state no thank you, I’m just looking… then they state very abruptly, «We are closed»! I ask if they have been a closed for the entire 15 minutes or did they just close and they tell me they just closed and need to close the store. I felt like I was basically kicked out of this store and had to explain to my 4 year old son why we had to leave and how rude we were being treated… will never be back here again!
