Dr. Cole has been great with both my dogs. I found out one of my dogs still had giardia which was not treated properly by his last vet. Dr. Cole got him the right treatment and he is cured. I appreciate being able to sleep at night and not to have to let him out of his kennel every two hours!!! She was very thorough in her examinations of both my dogs and they are very happy and healthy.

Our dog Rufus has been going here since he was a puppy and the staff had been great we love this place and they make you feel welcome as well very fair with prices. I would take any of your pets here anytime I know that you will get great services.

I’m not sure about the reviews referring older service and the turnover rates, but I recently had to take my six-​year-​old Jack Russell Terrier in for an emergency after a bad experience with another vet. Her wrist is fractured and she’s been in a splint the last month, and after having just done a visit with the original vet after an ongoing battle of her bandages rubbing her raw, my dog’s paw started profusely bleeding later that day and the original vet had already closed.
Healthy Paws was extremely friendly, clean, welcoming, and even though they had fully booked appointments, they were able to work my poor pup in within about 45 minutes of my call. Not only did they explain very thoroughly everything that was going on with her, but they gave us multiple options for her treatment options.
It’s safe to say that we will be continuing my dog’s treatment with these people, and for any other future pet health-​related visits.
I’d also like to make note of us using their vet service earlier this year in February and had zero complaints. They cut exactly as we asked and closer to what her breed should look like instead of a British Schnauzer.

After my initial visit with my two fur babies I noticed that my Maltipoo had an infection of some kind. Come to find out that the groomer (Elvin) had shaved her much too close and left what they call a «hot spot» on her in two places. The large hot spot caused my dog to scratch and get the infection, the one that was very large on her chest. (It does not appear to be an accident when it is that size. I have seen small nicks before but never anything like this! I have been getting my dogs groomed for five years in several states mind you.) I talked to the hospital manager and she offered to have one of their vets look at my fur baby. I could not talk to the groomer himself as he was out sick. Dr. Lauren was defensive and did things I specifically asked her NOT to do during the exam. I ended up in tears when I finally left the exam room, and I am NOT a crier. The hospital manager was very nice and did follow up with me giving me a refund for my injured puppy’s grooming fees. However, I would caution anyone considering getting a dog groomed where they don’t do the cut you ask for in the first place (the hot spot was due to the groomer shaving my Maltipoo’s neck and I never even asked him to do that.) Then when you ask for help the vet is not interested in customer care, and the groomer is not available to speak for his work. This could have been an opportunity for this vet to gain my business from my regular vet had she been more kind and compassionate. My advice for anyone searching would be to get a personal reference to a local groomer as discounts are not a replacement for experience and loving care. I got one from a local specialty pet store where I know they love their fur babies and only take them to people who they know will do an excellent job.

Constant turnover in doctors! Every procedure/​visit costs about twice what it would at any other reputable veterinary office in the area. We boarded our dog there twice, and he was sick for DAYS afterwards. Not recommended.

Friendly staff, super clean and inviting environment, not to mention reasonable prices plus the $ 20 off coupon for first-​timers! I walked in rather nervous/​stressed with my cat’s symptoms and left feeling reassured and happy knowing my ‘baby’ received excellent care AND had his prescriptions in hand since they have their own pharmacy there. I am overjoyed to make Healthy Paws my vet!

I don’t know what has happened to Healthy Paws over the past few months, but the place has gone downhill quickly. There has been a huge turnover in staff after a couple of the Dr’s left, and the service just isn’t what it once was.
I recently had a grooming appointment for my dog, and when we arrived we were informed the groomer wasn’t there due to a family emergency. That’s fine, obviously these things happen and are unavoidable. However, the staff member then informed me everyone was called and told this over the weekend. I advised her I did not receive a call, but that was fine I would reschedule. She then informs me I did speak to them on Saturday and rescheduled my appointment for a month from now. Um, NO. I believe I’d remember having a telephone conversation with someone; not to mention if I had, I obviously wouldn’t have shown up.
The staff didn’t bother apologizing for me showing up early in the morning just to be sent home, nor did she apologize for them not calling me, but basically assumed I was some kind of a moron or liar. I will be finding another vet and groomer… there’s just no excuse for poor communication and lack of organization that is now status quo for this office.

Just moved here and took my cat with a chronic condition in to see the vet. I was very pleased with the service. The place is immaculately clean. I will be going back! Oh, and I thought the charge was reasonable.

I purposely signed up for Unilocal just so I could warn people about this place. Also, I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star if it were possible. Took our cat there after receiving a free exam coupon in the mail. When we got there they took us into a little room and took our cat away «to be weighed». After about 15 min we felt uncomfortable and asked for our cat, this is when the vet comes in and tells us our cat is not wanting to give blood. WHAT!!! give blood? we never authorized this! Apparently, the technician, decided on his own that it was necessary. We finally got our cat back but only after being treated rudely and unprofessionally by the vet, including being told she never even examined our cat before they traumatized our kitty with surprise blood work. Do not go to this place. They are unprofessional, rude, and not compassionate at all.

Take both of my dogs here. Love this place. All of the vets are great and very helpful. Have also used this place to board my Lab on numerous occasions. He always seems to come back happy.
