Dollar Tree

This store is the most poorly run Dollar Tree I have ever been in. I own a florist and Ifrequently buy vases from dollar tree and have for over 5 years. Never had a problem at any other store. On 9 – 17 at 6 pm I stopped in to pick up some vases. I purchased 25 there was no line and when I checked out the cashier told me they had no boxes and handed me a stack of bags to wrap them myself. She did not offer to help me at all. It was slow. While I was wrapping my vases Daryl Smith ASST Manager came out of the offiice looked at me and went and opened for someone else. Then he came and leaned on the counter and watched me wrapping my vases. I asked for a manager, He said he was the manager. I told this was pathetic for him to stand there and watch me wrap these vases. He could help. He told me he was going to help the customers. He made it very clear that I was not a customer. I ask for a corporate number or Area manager phone number and he told me to look it up myself. I asked again and he said No. I am a business owner and know the value of customer service. Daryl needs a new profession. Don’t go to this one they have very clean and nice stores in Frisco.

Last year I rocked my baby waterpark birthday party with decorations and goody bags treats from this store.
We have kids beach bags, sunglasses, sun hats, ballons, bubbles and windmills. The children and parents loved it.
