Arte Dental

I picked this dentist because they’re in network, they do a yearly free dental service for people, and they had a lot of really good reviews (not from here). Both my wife and I use Dr. Le and she’s soft spoken, professional, and nice (except this one time). She told me I had one cavity and the dentist who previously did my root canal didn’t do a good job because there was an infection there. Strange considering I had been to at least four other dentists since the root canal and no one else said anything. The cavity she said I had, again no other dentist noticed (I went to the dentist four months prior). The potential cavity teeth that prior dentists noticed, she didn’t mention. I really don’t know how you can trust a dentist when they all say different things.
She said my wife had multiple cavities (when she had never had a cavity in her life before) and didn’t know what type of material one of her fake ones were made out of. After getting her cavities filled, my wife had to go back in because one of them were causing her pain. Dr. Le brushed her off and told her to use a special kind of toothpaste. Her office was very busy at the time and she was clearly in a rush. Didn’t really appreciate that because it felt like she just wanted our money from the fillings and for us to go away after that. Just as a side note, Dr. Le is a very young dentist. Not saying she can’t be trusted, just something to consider.
On a random note, they are very big into reviews for a different review site. Every time you get something done, they send you an email saying if you write them a review, they will send you a Starbucks gift card. Never heard of that before.

My first experience with Arte Dental was yesterday, after years of being loyal to a different dentist office. The first impression was a good one! Nice, clean office with pretty décor, and short, paperless new patient paperwork. Love that! The staff is SO POLITE and helpful… always smiling! Dr. Le had a lot work on hands with the extraction of one of my teeth… so much so, that it took almost 4 hours of work to get it out! But she was a true professional – so patient and kind the entire time! She even stayed until 9 pm with me there, ensuring that my stitches were perfect and ensuring success with the healing of my gums. I can tell she’s a perfectionist and I appreciate that in a medical professional! I took a chance leaving my previous dentist of 8 years, but I’m so glad I did! I will now be a loyal Arte Dental patient, and happily so! :)

They did an amazing job. On top of being caring, and gentle they had me in and out…

Went in for a root canal. Front office staff is super nice. I didn’t wait as long as I thought I would like at any other dentist office. Dr. Le & her asst Miss Adela (soon to be a Mrs! Congrats!!) are very down to earth, humble people. Kept me calm, no pain, made sure I was comfortable at all times during my root canal process. Miss Carol up at the front office surprised me with a special that was going on which helped with my payment! Heeey! We all like specials especially at a dental visit! Loved the place, the people, so close to home. Arte Dental Little Elm will definitely be our family Dentist!

I do not like doctors. I do not like dentist visits. However, my experience with Arte Dental will keep me coming back for routine checkups as well as major activities. Every member of the staff was very nice and Dr. Le was exceptional. She was caring and took every measure to make sure I was comfortable and understood the procedure as we went through it. She also made sure I was clear on after care and next steps. I don’t trust anyone easily, but I always felt that everyone here actually cared about me and my teeth. Go see these folks.
