A-1 Alterations, Dry cleaning and Laundry

Well.. Honesty is the best policy. .
I’m Asian and proud.. I dislike having to leave negative feedback on great customer service but bad quality.
Sweet talkative lady was very kind and helpful. Her English is tough but wth patience.. Understandable. .
I’m first generation and have a huge respect for small businesses as well as overcoming language barriers. I can tell she worked long hours and is very accommodating.. However.. The downcoat was cleaned, but then there were 2 new stains.. See photos. .So I’m going home to clean it somehow after paying her $ 17.86… just sounds wrong.
Also the credit card or debit machine didn’t work.. So I left the store to get cash and come back. .
Great location. Friendly service. Needs a better dry cleaning service.. They send out the dry cleaning.. Needs better credit card machine. .
Who cares cash anymore? Not me. .
Well.. There yeah go.. again I dislike leaving negative reviews.. But it’s honest.
