Rented a motorhome. Had a family medical EMERGENCY. We HAD to return home, mid-​trip. The rental was pre-​paid. No money was returned except for some extra miles I ordered. They kept THOUSANDS of our dollars! It is listed in their terms that they do not refund for early returns, but this was a family MEDICAL emergency! I asked why & was told it’s in case someone else wanted to rent for the same dates. I asked if they had other renters and surprisingly was told they did NOT have any other renters. What happened to «fair wage for fair work/​service»? These people are for their profit only, regardless. I wish I had seen the hidden Unilocal reviews for this place. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place; these people are Pharisees.
