We found the Carriage House on Home Away. I emailed and called and the owner Ruth Ann responded right away. We sent her a deposit of only $ 50 for a week in July. Ruth Ann offered to send us local brochures to help us plan our trip. The Carriage House is exactly as described. Our hosts were marvelous. There is a washer and dryer on premises and a full size stove and oven, and all the utensils and stuff we needed. The house is cozy and cute. The dachshund Romeo made his way into our home and our hearts. The price is reasonable for a vacation rental and the surounding town is lovely.
