Keller Bros Ford – Lititz

I found my sales associates nice. Then she called in the Sales Manager (Brian) who was very smug and condescending. They left me sitting there as I observed them laughing and fooling about, only to finally come back out and tell me no deal. I left feeling insulted! As though I had done something wrong. Keller Ford is overpriced and clearly unwilling to price competitively with other Ford Dealers, let alone other manufactures. Every other dealer I shopped, Ford or otherwise, was courteous in negotiation and understood the effort and desire to secure the best possible buy. The Sales Staff @ Keller Bros. Lititz left me feeling like a beggar! Brian’s parting comment to me, in declining my offer was «NO! We are too far apart. Just want to make sure «WE ARE ON THE SAME PAGE!» What does that even mean?

Service Center Review
I used Keller Bros Ford service center numerous times. They always finished the work on my car on time without hassle. This place was handy because I lived right down the road so it was an easy drop off and pick up. They call and give you a detailed explanation about whats going on with your vehicle and answer any questions you have. I can’t say I’ve ever had a problem and if I was still in town I’d keep going there.
Also — one time my wife’s car stopped running. A squirrel ate through some of the hoses. Keller Bros Ford took pictures and was very detailed on the work that needed to be done.
