CJs was recommended by several people so we gave them a shot so we bought two sets of tires. 1. They recommended BF Goodrich Advantage for my 2008 Avalon which were problematic from the beginning (serious vibrations on highway) Numerous trips back there (8+) to get it rebalanced. After about a year and nothing fixed, they replaced a tire but i had to pay a pro-​rated amount. Still having problems and they told me I needed an alignment which I got. Nothing fixed so I brought it back 3 months later, they told me i needed an alignment??? I told them they just did it so they told me to file a claim with BFG. I did and BFG told be I should have filed a claim when I first had the problem and they would have replaced the tires. Why didn’t CJs tell me that to begin with???
Bought Hankooks for my wifes 2008 Odyssey. Having problems with them as well, a vibration/​thudding on the highway. A handful of rebalances and guess what, they sold her an alignment!!! Did the problem go away? Of course not.
The guys are pleasant and appear to care, but at some point you just have to question their competence. I had BFG recommend another dealer, we’ll see how that goes.

Worst repair shop in lititz, tried to get me for an extra 400 – 500 $ on my inspection with unneeded repairs. Ended up taking my car and CJ’s itemized review of my car to another shop in lititz who said they were out of their minds.

Great guys, reasonably priced. My experience is they don’t try and fleece you for unnecessary work and repairs
