Horrible customer service. They have only 3 lines open Dec 22! Lines are from the front to the back of the store. Horrible experience. Won’t be coming back to this location. If I could give it NO stars I would.

Worst customer service ever! Avoid this toys r us at all cost. I understand it’s the holidays but the manager didn’t even have a clue.

What a complete 360 degree turnaround from the Cobb Pkwy location. Ofcoarse during the time of a recession I wouldn’t recommend driving all the way to the Turner Hill location just for better customer service, but that’s what you will get at this Toys R Us. Since I used to work for this company back in High School and loved my job, it left a bad taste in my mouth having a negative review of my favorite toy store. This location reminded me of the good old days: signs showing where toys were located, a guest greeter, open registers, clean, the whole works. I went to find a Ratatouille action figure for my little nephew and a motorcycle man. I couldn’t find a Ratatouille action figure but I found some other neat toys for him that he loved. The prices for gift bags, gift tissue paper and a card were still ridiculous but it is a toy store. The checkout was fast, I was even called over to the customer service desk for a faster checkout. I even got to leave out the Entrance door since I was parked closer to the Entrance than the Exit(no rain though) this time! I genuinely enjoyed my in and out experience at this Toys R Us location and for that reason this will be the location of choice whenever the next kid birthday party comes up.
