The Park at Edinburgh, Bluerock Partners LLC was not a good residential experience. The leasing office as well as the corporation in which they work under are not customer service friendly nor have a desire to take care of their residents needs. The complex is EXTREMELY old; It is so old that all the issues that this apartment complex has will require that the entire complex be demolished. The problems range from sewer, plumbing and mold. They will tell you there is no mold but it is definitely there, I had it tested and it came back positive. If you are deseparate for somewhere to stay, I still wouldn’t recommend it. Your life is not worth it. I would like to rate this company and apartments with no stars or half a star, but this review would not let me, so I will take the pain of giving them 1 star.

This place is horrible, management (crooks) are sorry even regional manager. Don’t waste your time or money here. Property built in 1700’s with no renovation, trust me go somewhere else. I cut my lease short and I can’t wait to move in November. If you can’t see the unit you are going to pay for before signing don’t do it. JT!
