TGI Fridays

Brittany is the best bartender!!! I have not always had good things to say about this location but I see things have changed!!! Too bad the waiter didn’t tell my table about the $ 3 service charge and then didn’t want to give them change saying they didn’t have enough change. I had a group of 8^th graders. That just ruined his tip.

We tried this TGI Fridays today on our way home from a trip we made to Atlanta. The staff is very nice, I was pretty happy with our server but there were too many issues when it came to our food and drinks. My daughter ordered one of those passion fruit hand crafted drinks which took about 15 mins. longer than the other drinks to get to our table, it wasn’t even an alcoholic beverage– which I would expect to wait a little longer for. We (husband, daughter, and myself) all ordered our entrées at the same time, my daughter and I ordered the same exact meal but the server helping out only brought out 2 of our entrées, not even the two that were the same. One of our meals was missing the shrimp, I had to wave someone down to ask about it and was told that the kitchen was backed up and they were working on getting the shrimp out to me… why wasn’t that mentioned when the food was brought out? I shouldn’t have to wave somone down to find out that info. We didn’t get the third entrée until about another 20 mins. later, during that time I did not want my family to wait to eat so at this point my family is half way through their meal when we get the third entrée. The missing shrimp didn’t get to the table until after the third entrée was delivered, at least 20 mins. after the meal that the shrimp goes with was brought to the table, just ridiculous! Aside from these issues the food was subpar, I have eaten at Friday’s plenty of times and have enjoyed their food and service, this was such a disappointing experience. I will NEVER eat at this Fridays again! The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars and nothing less is because I liked our server.

I saw that this place had some negative reviews. I decided to try it anyway. There’s a new general manager, Shawn Crenshaw, who Recently took over. I have to say my experience was quite different from the others. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Kay, the bartender was phenomenal. The manager came by to inquire about my service. I also witnessed him checking with other guests during my visit. They have upgraded the menu since my last visit to another location. I was pleasantly surprised by the change. The food was great. I tried the Cajun chicken pasta for the first time. Very tasty. I will definitely be back to check out the playoff games and the night scene.
I don’t like driving into the city too often to dine. So this place is a welcome change. Definitely give it a shot.

This place had good food although the prices were so high that I don’t care to go back. The meals were close to $ 20 a piece for a small portion of food that wasn’t perfection. The service was good, the atmosphere was nice, and the restaurant was clean, but I am a baller on a budget. It is open late though which is another plus. I’ll stick to Chilli’s.

Horrible service. I left rushed, wrong food was bought, & the server had a nasty attitude. I will NOT be returning here. I rather take the trip to Kennesaw.

For starters the menu and pricing are not accurate at all. I attempted to order three different items and our waitress stated «you cant order that appetizer «.she pointed to a few different choices. .Too many young people in management who probably have no business running a restaraunt. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. GO TO LONG HORNS OR APPLE BEES INSTEAD.

Robert the manager said even though the restaurant closed at 2a.m. the kitchen closes a little after 12a.m. who ever heard of such? Mind blown!

This is one of the biggest Friday’s I have been to. You really can’t go wrong with Friday’s food. The service can be sketchy depending on which location you dine at. This one in particular was in a cluster of like restaurants close to Stonecrest Mall. We were able to sit upstairs, but the projector screen was not on. I am not sure if it wasn’t working or if it is only used in certain scenarios. The restaurant was packed, but there was so much space with the loft area, that it wasn’t that bad. I ordered the Sicilian Stacked Burger. I don’t know when Friday’s got these fantastic burgers on their menu, but I have been a fan from the first bite.

Waitress nice enough. Food was poorly done. Pecan crusted chicken salad; chicken is cold, forgot the blue cheese. Floor is slippery because its needs a good cleaning. Everything needs a good cleaning. Very poor representation of a TGIF.

My experience was horrible at this location. The list of everything that went wrong is too long to list them so im gonna just say i will never visit any TGI Friday in the Atlanta/​surrounding area.

Really nice environment upstairs, very pleasant surprise. Wonderful service as well. My girlfriend and I ordered the endless app’s and had a couple drinks and enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back soon.

This place is beyond bad. Please remember during this visit it was NOT CROWDED. It was around 2pm middle of the week & after being seated our order was taken & it took about 50 minutes to get our food, almost. Again NOT CROWDED and no special order, no steak, no special dietary needs, no add this or take that, just basics. When the food was about to come, our waitress/​bartender tells us on the way out somebody ran into somebody with the entrance door to the kitchen. If you didnt know, restaurants like this have an IN ONLY & EXIT ONLY door JUST for this reason. Most places wont have a door at all also to prevent this.
This caused another 40 minutes to be added to our wait time. Before you ask why I didnt leave at that point its because my date wanted to stay though I was highly opposed to it, I only gave in for medical issues she has.
The last straw was bringing the wrong thing out, the waitress/​bartender not being anywhere to be seen most of the visit for me to even tell her i wanted to leave sooner (still had to pay for drinks). Then for compensation I was offered chips & salsa (I hate salsa but was told they dont have queso). Then I was told finally my bill would be reduced. At this point money or not I did have other things to do. Oh and dont get me started on the fact the reason we came was for the unlimited apps but they’re not corporate so blah blah. Every other TGI’s in metro Atlanta for the most offer it but the one in «our» community doesn’t. Go figure.

Waitress and staff were really nice. Other than that everything else was either out, wrong, or horrible. We ordered a strawberry mule– didn’t have the sugar rim (tasted good tho). Husband ordered Bloody Mary excited for the stuffed olive– didn’t have any of the garnish or spicy salt rim and no olive! We got as far as the apps. Thankfully it took us a while to decide what we wanted and didn’t order BEFORE the apps came out. Ahi crisps tasted as bad as they looked. Jack Daniels chicken strips are nothing like I’ve had at any other– not strips more like blobs and the jack Daniels sauce wasn’t jack Daniels sauce more like some weird vinegar spicy concoction. When we did try to order (just before tasting the apps) they were out of rib eye and flat irons which I guess is fortunate for us so we didn’t have to waste another penny or taste bud on this food. Certainly nothing like Vegas Friday’s
Didn’t check the receipt until leaving-​they even charged us wrong price on drinks.

Wait time for endless appetizer way to slow if you advertise it don’t act like you don’t want to uphold it, by taking your time to bring it out in hopes of customers not ordering anymore!!! REALLY!!!

Allison was great!!! She was the server. Drink was amazing ultimate long island blueberry. Try it!!! Food was amazing great service, great price,. Must try it. I’m sure you won’t be discouraged.
Go THERE!!! Management was also great her name was amber came by to visit the table. :):):):)

I truly wish that I could give this place negative stars… the service was horrible and slow as hell. my wife and I had to wait 10 minutes after being seated to get our drinks ordered. Then it took the waiter another 15 minutes to bring my drink. Finally we ordered our food and they brought my food and by the time I was finished they still had not brought my wife’s food. Please, please, please be warned do not go here unless you have a couple hours to waste

Manager wasn’t necessarily helpful but she did get our food that was almost 1hr out. So…
It was a mess. :-(I was shocked at how lack luster everything was

I love this place! I like going out but I don’t particularly enjoy the club scene too much. I just do lounges or something like that. This place is great for people like me. there’s lots of people, good music and great food. My sister and I sat at the bar, had a few appetizers and drinks and decided to just stay for dinner. we had a great time and met some great people. I also enjoyed talking with the bartenders. Everyone was great there.

The one star is for the hostess. Period. The food delivery was slow and flavor mediocre at best. Every drink we received from the bar wasn’t garnished. The server was slow and not attentive. Not only was our service slow but once the food was received 2 of 4 ppl orders were wrong so we had to send the food back and wait even longer.

! We had the pick 3 appetizers and doubled up on the mozzarella sticks. The boneless wings w jack Daniels sauce were scrump-​deli-​ciouuuuus! We ate at the bar and it was messy. Actually sat down and had to wait awhile until it was cleaned by the bartender. Other than that, it was an enjoyable afternoon and would probably go back. My cousin used his TGIF card point /​reward card and we had a good time.
