I have been a patient at Premier Women’s Healthcare for nearly 10 years. Despite living all over the U.S. I always make a point to come back here because I am so familiar and comfortable with the office. The staff members are great but more recently I have decided to find another office to call«home». I travel quite a distance to visit this location and it is time consuming. In conjunction with not sending the pharmacy my prescription on one occasion and sending the pharmacy the wrong one on another occasion, I am dissatisfied. Recently the office has replaced doctors and I wish the older ones would come back. They were prompt, patient, and cared. As I sit here nearly a week after my appointment, leaving multiple messages and waiting calmly my prescription has still not been sent. I was told twice it would be done by the end of the day. Well the only problem with that is, if it is not done I can’t reach the office until the following day. My time is valuable and so is my health. I can’t go someplace where both are treated in such a cavalier way.

I was referred to this doctor by Stonecrest Family Medicine in September 2013. My appointment has been rescheduled 3 times, just days before the actual appointment. I decided to scratch them from my list and move on to another specialist.

I am very dissatisfied with the financial and office management at Women’s Première Health. I have showed up for appointments to be told they are canceled. I would have appreciated a phone call ahead of time to let me know. I often have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes to be called back to the exam room and then wait an additional 30 minutes in the exam room, after I have been asked to undress. My biggest complaint is the financial aspect. Staff failed to mention to me for 2 years that I had a credit on my account. They billed me twice for an annual exam, charging me an extra copay. My insurance company repeatedly informed me that they paid the copay and I should not have been charged for this. I tried to speak to office staff, financial department, and office manager and everyone kept referring me to another department. Women’s Première Health informed me they would send my account to collections if I did not pay the extra copay. Attempts to resolve this with the office staff, financial department, and office manager have been unsuccessful and my emails and phone calls have not been returned. Despite, really liking Dr. Smith and the NP, I will not come back to Women’s Première Health.
