Unfortunately, this store leaves a lot to be desired. Today was worse than usual. We were in the store at least an hour and were never greated. We were in the men’s jeans section, at no point did any of the three associates come out of the quad to offer us help or work on the mess in the jeans. We also went into the fitting room in the lingerie section of the store, the cart was completely full and each fitting room was trashed. Completely unacceptable condition and the Customer Service was utterly lacking!!! Wish I could go back to a JCPenney that cares about their store and their customers!!!

One of my favorite stores, especially with coupons and during a sale. I had a great time shopping during Christmas season, and was there just last month in the Home department and in the Vision center. The young lady who helped me was exceptional.

The young ladies working in the juniors department are very nice and helpful. They will help you find anything you need if you just ask. And if they do not have what you need at that store the best store to go to is the JCPenney at the Mall of Georgia!
I do not shop in this store often but they were having a wonderful sale!
