Came for breakfast, ‘2nd window after i received my food. The cashier(light skin, gap tooth, heavy set) slammed the window and started screaming and waving goodbye. I was honestly so confused, I was only checking my order. Left me feeling unwanted.

Have been to this location several times and it has been hit or miss. Lately it has been miss. The people on the drive thru are rude!!! They carry on conversations while you order, complain about large orders and the manager Junior pitches a fit if you don’t want something to replace an item they are out of. Terrible customer service!

Terrible management. Would rather complete admin work, rather than take care of customers. Two orders misfiled in front of me, and she didn’t seem to care. Employees learn from example. I asked mgr if she could help with taking my order. Refused saying she was not a cashier. I can’t rate the food due to my family and I left. Went down the street to Taco Bell, where it seemed like we were welcome, and wanted our business. Sunday 3012015 @ 1100.

This BK has a indoor playground ! The staff is SUPER friendly, the dinning room was clean. Even through it was slow,(only about 4 customers inside) the manager was walking around asking us how everything was and thanking us for coming. this never happened at the Golden Arches.

To say this place is as organized as a monkey crap fight in a zoo would be insulting to the monkey crap fight. I like to sit back and study the movements much like someone would study an ant colony. Unfortunately I can not detect any semblance of leadership or order. Orders come out not in the order they were received but in the order they grab the tickets off the counter. There are never french fries but always someone screaming I need french fries. Do not change anything on your order or they will spontaneously combust and burn your food. Finally drive thru isn’t actually drive thru. It’s more of drive thru and go park while you wait on your food.
