I stopped by Anna’s Linens this weekend and was amazed by how great, respectful, and courteous the cashier was. He looked to be in his 20s and knew exactly where the item I needed was located. He was so nice! I really did not expect him to know the exact location of some doilies. His colleague offered to steer me in the right direction as well. It was nice to see these young dudes taking their jobs so seriously while willing to display true courtesy.

Stay Away… Return policy sucks! I purchased two pillows. Due to my neck issues I only opened one to check out the pillow. The pillow was too firm. I took the other one back with the intent on exchanging it for a less firm pillow. They told me as I was walking into the door that they don’t accept returned pillows. I explained it was not used showed them that I bought two and the packaging clearly had not been opened. The employee laughed at me and said no pillows. I explained that the receipt said nothing about not being able to return any items and I asked her how was I supposed to know this prior to purchasing this item. She informed me the cashier was supposed to mention it(verbally) before I left. I told her this was a bad practice the manager approached the counter and smirked also and said this was correct.
