Recently rented a car from here. The service was outstanding. They ended up giving me a great deal and upgraded my car for free. The car was clean and drove nicely. Great rates and I highly recommend.

The wait here is the worst!!! The customer today is horrible… The staff appear to be new and unorganized!!! This place is packed and the phone is ringing off the hook. The staff are just standing here on the computer. I will be so glad when a great rental car provider is established in Georgia!!!

I booked a reservation on hotwire for a SUV at this rental location. I waited all day for the SUV when I booked it for 11 am and still did not get a SUV but a car for my trip. I was not happy at all however a little make up for the inconvenience was a free day which just pacified me as I really wanted what I reserved.

I’m at actually at enterprise right now and it’s clean and the people are nice BUT it took me literally an ½ hour to get the rental and all they were doin was cleaning so basically I was waiting from 8:10am until 8:45am before I received my car and I had arrived there at 7:30am right when they opened up. Although very nice and clean I can’t see myself going back
**** they gave me a car with less then a quarter tank of gas

Service was better. I use to use this location all the time and then the staff started changing every month it seems. Then there was the hard sell to get you to get their coverage which more than doubles the initial quote. So this time was better because I took my insurance card in. One complaint is the car Had to be washed and I had a reservation and though they put water on it, it’s not really clean. Makes it harder to see dents and scratches when it’s wet.

Go out of my way to only rent from this location. I’m a gold member because these guys. Plenty of rental company options in the area but this is the only one that has what I need when I need it! Nothing worst than making a reservation and it’s not available.
Kenny and his team have amazing customer service.
