Yikes, bad service before, during, and worse even after care… billing is a joke

I called Dr. Mar because I broke a lower molar and was not able to get into my dentist in Scottsdale for 2 days. Not only was Dr. Mar able to get into see him the same day,(unbelievable); but he was able to actually formulate a crown onsite with a state of the art machine my Scottsdale dentist does not have. I was there for a total of 3 hours. I have an incredible fear of the number of injections along with the pain it brings. Couldn’t believe the skill set Dr. Mar had from start to finish, the injection literally went flawlessly, and I wasn’t puffy and numb for hours after. Didn’t feel anything during and my jaw wasn’t killing me the next day. Had such a high degree of regard for his office… I have switched dentists from my Scottsdale dentist. I went back and had my teeth cleaned by Cindy, who again used state of the art technology in her cleaning as opposed to the old scrape, scrape, scraping of the teeth which used to just make me cringe the entire time. Unfortunately due to the amount of work I have had done previously, I am not a novice when it comes to knowing dental care so I know a good dentist when I get one. I completely trust their level of professionalism along with their attention to detail. I appreciate the fact they have brought high end technology along with the latest trends in dentistry into their office locally and made it completely affordable to me. They know their craft and I will be bringing my entire family in now.

Worst care I have ever received. Went to him several years ago for emergency tooth broken. Had a root canal and was not happy with bedside manner or the final product. Specifically he wanted to put a permanent cap on my tooth that was darker than my teeth and didn’t match up with the line of my teeth. When I told him that it didn’t match my color or the other side of my mouth he told me that is how teeth are supposed to be. He reordered cap and still had the same problem so went to another dentist who did it right the first time. Staff was also very unprofessional and unconcerned and doctor disrespected his staff in front of patients.
