They are always running behind, never seen on or close to appointment time and they never apologize or give a reason.

Dr. Nichols has supposedly been my «internist» for the last two years. The only thing she has managed for me was to misdiagnose me and send me to specialist for care. She is a great Kids doctor but as far as helping adults I think she is subpar for them. She should change her practice for kids only at this point.

Dr Nichols is the sort of Dr. that has been doing things for the last 30 years the same way. I don’t feel she is interested in hearing what her patients say about treatments and testing. If you like an «authoritative Dr that does things because she thinks so then this will work for you. If you want innovation then it would be best to go elsewhere. After having the experience of another Dr after 4 years I was really taken back and had them actually take the time with me and listen.
