Desert Rose Color Shield

Desert Rose installed Kool Decking in our driveway and sidewalks. A couple of years passed & the driveway Kool Decking was chipping off. The Kool Decking was not attached to the driveway or sidewalks. There was a bubble between the Kool Decking and the concrete. Desert Rose came out and fixed a patch. They told us that the concrete was not properly prepared for the Kool Decking to attach. Desert Rose would only fix their improper work at our cost. Desert Rose wanted us to spend thousands more. A year or so later the patch no longer matched the original work. Kool Decking was peeling off everywhere. It looked hideous. It hurt the value of our home. The owners son would drive around each year and look for horrible driveways looking for new business. 2 years he came to our door wanting our business. We told him his company was the one that did this unacceptable work in the first place. He called his father (owner) and sure enough. Desert Rose was the company that did the horrible work. We asked Desert Rose to remove their sub-​standard work at their cost. They said they would only if we paid thousands more to have the Kool Decking reinstalled. We declined. We ended up having a reputable company remove the horrific work Desert Rose did. What a waste of $$. It was a long drawn out nightmare. Never again!

These people did a beautiful job in my garage. I expect it to hold up for years. They filled the deep, widecracks in the concrete and sanded off the old paint which took some time and machinery. Two car garage with big prep job around $ 1400 and it looks amazing and I think will increase the value of our house by at least that much.

Desert Rose did a bunch of work for me, garage coating, sidewalks, patios, etc. They did a great job on the original work and after a while a small problem arose with one area of the coating. Lucas came out and looked at it and took care of it immediately. I really appreciate the work they did and the customer service afterwards.
