T&M Tree and Snow Removal Service

I called about 10 different companies locally and decided to go with T&M. Todd came out and gave me a free quote and the price was very reasonable with very fast turnaround time. It took about 20 minutes to cut down a 35 foot tree and clear out the brush. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a tree/​stump removal.

We received a few estimates for removal of 3 pine tress, each over 35′ tall in our front yard. By far, T&M was the best quote for the actual trees removal, stump grinding and clean up. They arrived on time and the entire job was completed in about an hour! Amazing. Everyone involved was very nice and courteous. They were even willing to negotiate the final price with us. Would highly recommend this tree service.

I got 5 quotes to remove a tree. The price spread between the highest and the lowest (T&M) was $ 400. They were prompt in giving a quote. We set a date for the removal and they showed up as planned. They recommended rescheduling the job as we had just got 1″ of rain and the yard would take a beating from the machinery. We rescheduled and they showed up and did a GREAT job. It was a 75′ foot ash. They recommended taking down a cherry that was suffering. We did so to find that this trees center was completely eaten away by ants. Good call. We also had them trim up 3 larger trees and they now look awesome and I’m sure they will thrive.
All there people were very pleasant to talk and deal with. They were conscientious about their job and really cleaned up the yard nicely. My neighbor came out and saw the work they had done and was impressed. She got a quote on the spot and ended up having a tree trimmed and another sizable one taken out.
I have nothing but good things to say about the job they did and their staff. I will highly recommend them to anybody that asks.

Left a message for Todd on a Friday regarding removal of a tree in our back yard. He returned the call that evening. He said he would stop by the following week to give us an estimate. Called him again the following Friday and left a message asking if he had been out and when he would be giving us the estimate. Gave him 1 more try the following Tuesday leaving yet another message. To date I still have never heard back from him. To me this shows lack of professionalism and a company that you cannot rely on or trust. Needless to say we went with another company and they did a great job, in fact we ended up paying to have 2 trees removed. I guess Todd did not need the business. I would not recommend T&M at all, if they can’t communicate with potential customers how can you trust them to do a decent job?
