They stole the thick glass off my vintage Simpsons pinball machine along with other parts when it was brought in for repair… and replaced the glass with a scratched thin piece when the glass wasn’t the problem I had, they were electrical — Do not have them pick up and take your machine, they will steal parts off it! Only allow a worker to come to your home and after my experience I wouldn’t even suggest giving them any of your money! Us pinball machine owners know how heavy and thick the glass is on our machines, when the balls get stuck and you have to drop the glass down to get them moving again, especially on a multi ball machine. I was so disgusted and then they lied when I called them out on it… it was NOMISTAKING they stole my flawless thick glass top to my machine which was original. I was so disgusted by them I sold my machine. Every time a call got stuck, it reminded me of what they did.

Why four stars? Because the lay out and interior of this place is divine. Their jukeboxes are featured in a 1950s style diner room, their pinball machines are on the right side of the building in an oversized rec room — you can try them free — they invite you to do. Of course their pinball machines are upwards of $ 3000 each — but they are all maticulous AND they had both of the versions of the Playboy Pinball machines that I was looking to buy, I just found them cheaper on line sadly. If you have the money to spend, or want to look at some really great new and vintage game machines — they also have slots! — stop in here. The staff is UBER friendly and receptive. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable or treat you like you can’t afford their merchandise, I strangely get that a lot for some reason, if your husband looks like a biker.
