On a house inspection house master was a No Show!!!

I had house master do an inspection for me. He left off an issue with a gutter. I sent 2 emails and 2 text messages with photos from my phone. I also know at the time he took the same photos because I showed the issue to him. The gutter was closed at the bottom and removed from the top. I also left 2 voicemails explaining I had to reply to the sellers attorney and would he amend the report or have the courtesy to text me back. NOTHING!!! the while time he walked around saying «I hope I know what I’m doing. I’ve been doing this for 20 years». Really?
