This place was kind of a last resort after we had driven to the nearby sushi place across the street, Chaba Thai and Sushi. It was closed and we were too frustrated to go further, so Fuji it was. The food was good, starting with the appetizer which was some sort of fish with vegetables in a sauce(sorry for the poor description). My dad and I had gotten a Dragon roll, the Mike roll, and one of the basic rolls but I forgot which. They were all good and fresh. The biggest problem is that the service was awful. The waitress was rude, pushy, and could barely explain anything. We had to ask for water, silver wear, etc throughout the night. She was also very unapproachable and just generally ruined the experience, but this is common for sushi places lately. Overall, the food was great but the service ruined it.

Great sushi, good service. Very small restaurant. Went there in late evening and the owners kid was sitting at a table watching very loud tv show on a phone. I understand it is a family restaurant but I would have liked for them to have the child sit in the back of the restaurant as he was very loud especially because the room was so small. But without paying attention to that, sushi was great and all was good.

Great service. Good food with one exception. Started with chicken gyoza. Made fresh. Very good. Followed with the spicy tako(octopus) salad. This was the exception. Could occasionally taste the tako but the overwhelming taste was the mayo. And the problem was that it was JUST mayo. No extra texture or taste. Can’t recommend. Finished with the volcano roll. Very good. I highly recommend this place, just don’t get the tako salad.

Fuji Sushi is my go-to sushi place. Delicious sushi at very reasonable prices. My favorites are the pepper tuna roll and the yellow fin with scallion roll. Very courteous staff and convenient hours.

Never had to wait here. Appetizers are well done — especially the tempura which is hot and perfectly fried, airy and light when brought to the table. seaweed salad it tasty(i convert all the non-believers of «weird» seaweed). sushi is rolled tight enough that it does not fall apart when touched by a chopstick. even my vegetarian friends like coming here. BYOB but the staff is a bit slow at bringing drink glasses. The servers mean well and are nice enough that I wouldn’t let it bother me. Decent prices. I hear they do a decent delivery business as well!

I this sushi/steakhouse is authentic Japanese cooking. I’ve been looking for a good tempura/sushi restaurant near me. This is it. The tempura was made with Panko bread crumbs and was crisp and not greasy. The California roll was fresh as was the Gyoza. The only issue I had was the salad was torn and not cut eat with chopsticks. I like it streaded so it is easier to eat, but just personal preference.

In an area where most of the available sushi is mediocre, Fuji is a little better. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences here. Besides sushi, they have a number of great dishes to offer. Their beef nagamaki is good, and they’re one of the only places in the area to get tempura ice cream. I’m often afraid that the smaller restaurants I frequent will close, and I have a nagging fear that Fuji might disappear unexpectedly. Maybe it’s because it just never seems very busy. But they deserve to have a line out the door.

While the Sushi here is not the best quality, you do get a good value for what you pay for. The service is prompt and the owners are friendly. The portions also tend to be huge so there is never any lack of food.
