I have used Sammi and his crews on several jobs over the years, both within my own properties and properties I’ve managed. Everyone, and I mean everyone, raves about his work. As a real estate broker, I am in a position to recommend vendors every day. I have to say, Sammi and Power Floor Sanding is one of the few that I can recommend and never have to worry if my clients will ultimately be happy. Their work and work ethic are excellent.

His prices were slightly cheaper (not the cheapest) than average quotes we got.
We used Sammi and his crew to revive the 100 year old Douglas Fir floors. The finished product (oil based Mahogany stain with oil based semi-​gloss poly) came out amazing. He only uses the best products.
Due to the age, softness, and excessive wear on the floors, they spent more time than anticipated sanding. From start to finish it took 10 days. This is not a knock against his service. This to me shows that they do not cut corners and deliver a quality service.
He filled holes (we had many), and replaced split/​splintered boards. He brought in age/​species matched wood from his storage/​collection and I cannot tell because they match so nicely.
We gave him the keys to the house, and he locked up after work everyday (we checked in every night to see how it was all coming together). He is always available on the phone, and he told me to call him if there were any problems. I am definitely going to use him again when we venture to rip up the linoleum in the dining room.
