These people are crooks. I bought a new alarm remote for my car six months ago. It stopped working. I replaced the battery twice and tested the battery. The remote was defective. They absolutely refused to honor their obligations. They wanted to charge me $ 35 to reprogram the remote. They were going to charge me $ 35 even if they could not reprogram it and told me so outright. They were going to charge me for services not rendered. They accused me of lying about having bought the remote from them. I was willing to pay $ 35 dollars for a working remote but not a penny more for a broken one. I had already paid some $ 60 plus tax for a broken remote, why would I throw good money after bad? Do not patronize this placed unless you want to be ripped off by the crook who runs it.

Have used their remote start service for 4 cars now and only have good things to say. The service was done quickly and for a very good price. Each car was a different make and model and have had not one problem.

I lost the key fob for a Toyota smart key, bought a replacement on eBay and these guys. Had the correct computers to reprogram the fob. It works good as new. I was a little pricy but a lot cheaper than toyota. I will use them again in the future. A lot of smaller locksmiths can’t afford the latest computer hardware to keep up with the car manufacturers.
