I’m not sure who the people with bad experiences dealt in regards to the bad customer service because i experienced the complete opposite. Anyways, when i went there yesterday i had nothing but good things to say about this store. I went there to purchase a synthesizer for my husband as a late christmas present, i was trying to get a better deal than what bigger chains such as guitar center was offering, and hence how i found out about this store, the online discount code offered 10% off the original price item i wanted to purchase but when i checked out the store’s website, it said that if you went to the store you could get anywhere from 15−20% off selected items, so i called the store to see if my item qualified and see if it was worth stopping by in person, the girl that helped out on the phone(which also turned out to be the same that helped be out when i got there) was super nice and helpful, answered all my questions and said that my item qualified for the 15% off, so on the way home from work i decided to stop by the store. I walked in the same girl that helped out over the phone greeted me, when i explained to her why i was there, she remembered and proceeded to help me out, during the transaction, she asked for the assistant of another gentleman, not sure if it was one of the other supervisors to apply the discount code, they were were friendly, funny and helpful. In the end, i ended up saving even more money stopping by the store and gained a positive shopping experience out of it :) would definitely go again.

Horrible customer service. Had a woman wait on me today who was extremely condescending every time I asked her questions and at one point in the middle of my order, completely left me to go wait on other customers. All she wanted to do was try to sell me very expensive instruments and immediately became angry when she found out that all I wanted to do was rent an instrument.

Lord help you if you get into a billing dispute with this place! I have been a customer here for years. My son takes guitar lessons there, But that was before I was erroneously billed for a cello I did not rent. I was treated poorly to say the least by their customer service team, called a liar and told to call my cc company to get satisfaction. When I went down to the store to work it out I was told by the staff who were just standing around I had to wait till 10am when the store opened.(It was 9:50) I’m done! Never will I deal with this store again.
