My husband and I are currently being treated by Dr. Rodgers and the wonderful staff at FCI. I have never met a more friendly, honest and compassionate group of people. They are very detailed and literally check everything (which is what you want when you are at the point of being treated for infertility!)
We are currently going through ivf and it is not for the faint of heart, it’s not an easy process physically or emotionally and you also have to be aware is not as simple as take my egg, fertilize, implant, then voila baby. Everyone is different, every process and treatment are different. You need patience, a flexible schedule and understanding. Please keep this in mind.
What I love is that you are communicated to regularly. You can ask anything. You are never rushed, by the doctor, nurse or any staff member. You have an assigned nurse that you can communicate with anytime. My doctor has actually just randomly called me to see how I’m feeling (I don’t know about you, but I’ve never experienced that before!). The Lindenhurst office is smaller and intimate, you will never feel like just a number. I feel very much involved with my treatment and process, including potential future children, not just the pregnancy we are trying for now.
My only con, is no weekend hours. During certain times of monitoring you may need to go to Chicago for appointments on Saturday and/​or Sunday. But that is far from a big negative to me, especially since you won’t hit traffic.
You literally feel like family here. Which is what you will want when going through this journey. Good luck to you on your journey!

They have excellent bedside manners. The women who run this clinic are very nice, and so friendly and sweet. I cannot speak of the actual procedures because my diagnosis could not be treated by them. I just wish they had weekend hours that is a drawback.

After months of trying to help out a friend this clinic did us all wrong. We want through so many steps and paper work with the lindenhurst location. They knew my wife is on high blood pressure meds from the beginning, but she got the ok from her obgyn. The clinic waited till they must have gotten enough money out of our friends, because as soon as it was time to get things going they decide to send my wife to their another dr. This dr. Was so b.s. The dr does not know my wife and just seen her once. Saying that it would not work for my wife to have a baby for our friends. Every other dr and appointment she has had was fine but when push comes to shove they now say no. Well why would they wait till now other than they got the money. I would say go anywhere other than this clinic
