My wife and I could not be happier with the people at Executive Computer World. We needed help setting up a new computer system for my wife’s mother, who lives 400 miles away from us. The assignment also involved giving my wife’s mom some basic instruction in the use of Windows 10 and some of the applications on the new system. It would have been easy to take advantage of us because we were so far away and my wife’s mom knows very little about computers. BUTMIKEANDSERGIOTURNEDOUTTOBEHIGHLYCOMPETENT, AVAILABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, ANDRELIABLE. They worked closely with us in the planning stages to set the scope and tasks for the project, got to the house on schedule despite our need to put the project back a day, got in and got the work done perfectly with courtesy and patience with all of us, and followed up afterward as we needed. I thought the $ 80 hourly charge was more than reasonable but I doubt that we were in fact charged for all the help we were given. I am glad that we found Executive Computer World and we will certainly hire them again.

Do not bring your computer here. I brought my computer in for a new screen and was told it would be three-four days to fix it. After over a week, I finally called them and was told that the screen was back ordered and it would be another few days. Then, another week went by and I stopped in to find out what was going on. They said the screen was delivered but was defective. They said it would be another few days. After a few days I stopped in and they said there was something wrong with the second new screen. By Friday of that week, they called and said the problem wasn’t with the screen at all! It was a motherboard problem(it seems that every computer I’ve ever brought there has had a «motherboard problem»). Bottom line, we declined the offer to spend $ 250 on a new(used) computer, and had to fight with them to get our deposit for the new screen back. They remarked«Well nothing was stopping you from calling us»(Even though we had been in there twice and called multiple times!) Now, after three weeks and NO progress, I’m back typing this review on my still-broken computer(which apparently stills functions with a motherboard issue!)
