The drive thru sucks. Why have you tell them your order at the speaker and then have to repeat it at the window? I ordered a salt bagel toasted with cream cheese, I got a salt bagel but that’s it. The bagel tasted funny as well, they usually burn the muffin if you ask for it toasted and usually the drive thru line wraps around the building not because they are that good but because they don’t know what they are doing inside. I wish they has half stars or no stars because they don’t deserve a star at all

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. I drive for a living and stop at dunkin donuts all over Long Island. I’ve been stuck in this drive thru so many times sometimes almost 20 minutes. The staff is terrible. I don’t think I’ve ever had an order from this one which was correct. They always forget my damn hash browns

This dunkin is just the worse!!! I went there last week ordered a hot coffee at the drive thru and as I drove off the coffee was ice cold!!! I wanted to throw the coffee out my window and to top everything off they put my chocolate frosted donut in the same bag with my muffin and the muffin had frosting all over it. No napkins and I’m surprised they gave me a bag for my donut and muffin lol never will go there again just a horrible experience.

If there was ANY viable option in the area, I would go there instead. This particular Dunkin’ Donuts is very poorly run, and the staff doesn’t seem to care. my husband and I have been stopping in here since we moved to the area about 4 years ago, and they are running about a 75% error rate at the drive-​through. They are regularly out of the most basic things (napkins, lids, etc.) and if you order anything «warm» or «toasted,» it is not uncommon to get a burned, nearly inedible lump. My personal belief is that they only stay in business due to the grace of their convenient location near the highway.
