Dr Baldino and her staff are great. She is very deliberate and exhaustive in her work and always presents the patient with options, as well as her recommendation. She takes her time and does not gamble — her staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Baldino is a drama queen, gets upset at nothing, before she even knows what’s wrong. She sends everyone to her friend in Vernon Hills for a root canal evaluation — why? I told her from the start I never want her to let me sit in the chair and be in pain due to past BAD experiences. So she’s finishing my root canal (had to go see the one in Vernon Hills twice!) and I’m obviously in pain, sweating, jumping every time the drill hits my bleeding gums, for 1 ½ hours… yep, no novocaine! She said I wouldn’t need it. Then afterwards she yells at ME for not asking for novocaine! Keep looking!
