Came here with a $ 25 groupon for the $ 50 wash. They did an amazing job, and really really cleaned my car! Very satisfied and will definitely come back. However, I would only get the VIP wash with the groupon, thought it was well worth the $ 25 but I would never have paid $ 50 for it. Only part of this experience I didn’t like was the cashier, he was super rude but I didn’t want to take a star off because the crew worked so hard on my car.

Went here with a groupon. $ 25 for a $ 50 car wash. Name was under Wellwood Carwash. I would give zero stars if I could. They used armour all to clean my windows. A week later and multiple attempts at cleaning and I still can’t see out of them at night. I’ll be trying straight vinegar next. The console between the seats wasn’t cleaned at all. I will def never go back. Very disappointed

Not worth the money. Lazy attendant. At $ 50 for a wash the sevice is not worth anyone’s money. No Sepervisor on hand thats checking if the attendants are doing their jobs correctly. My windows were dirty (from whatever they used to clean it) I had to clean them the following day because I couldn’t see out of them. The leather treatment was a mess I was sliding outta my seat. It was just so heavy (again I had to clean my interior myself). They left hand prints all on the hood of my car after they were so called done. They did clean it off after I called them back to it, that and the mufflers on my car. This wash is priced at $ 50 regular price, that’s a joke… The machine will do its job and wash the car but those lazy atendents left unsupervised will do substandard work. I paid $ 28 for the groupon and I felt robbed…

Got my car detailed here paid 150 $ wasn’t that happy with the job they did. They didn’t clean the material on my visors but the ceiling of my car was cleaned there was still white spots on my wheels and door handles from the wax or whatever they used. Over priced for this detailing. Car washes are ok here but detailing I will not return.

They did a wonderful Job with my car. I have a Great looking car inside and out. Very nice cashier inside and The guys cleaning the car did a amazing job ! Thank you. We will be back again.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. First pulling in the person asking which wash we wanted didn’t speak English so he gave me the wrong one. I went in and asked the lady if I can upgrade she said no like what the hell your making more money. I paid 30.00 and my car is still filthy. They scratched my tint on the window and I don’t even wanna step foot in there to complain. DO NOT GO THERE. It’s not worth the money. I don’t mind paying money for a good wash

I came to this car wash all the time. Went yesterday, paid $ 27 for the wash, while cushy Long Island kids talked on their cellphones while working on my car. Mirrors left undone, exterior left streaky, don’t even ask about the interior… lazy ass kids not doing their jobs. Had to bring it home and do it myself. Not coming here ever again

Horrible Service! Today I experienced what I would consider the worst carwash from this establishment. I purchased the «Ritz» which retails for $ 29.99 which is the 2^nd best carwash they offer. This «wash» was horrendous! The entire roof of my car — filthy… not spots of dirt… filthy as in untouched with soap/​water/​brush. The entire roof of my car suffered the same affliction. After payment I went back in and spoke to the nice woman behind the counter, she agreed that it was wrong and offered my next carwash for «free». After going back outside one of the employees proceeds to inform me that my car is dirt because it requires a detailing. This statement was and is untrue, my car is a 2014 ford with 8,000 miles on it and I purchased the Xlenolylol treatment from Ford. Dirt doesn’t even stick to this car, cleaning it is 100% effortless. So at this point I explain the circumstances, the owner is nowhere to be found and as I’m going back and forth with the employee, other patrons are expressing their unsatisfactory results as well. I returned the «free» car wash and asked for a full refund which was provided. The door jams — filthy Wheels and rims — spotty at BEST Lower quarter panels spotty at BEST The interior — UNTOUCHED and filthy. Stay away from this place!

Ive been going to this car wash for years. There use to be an oil changing station there, it use to be very convenient. I did have a bad experience at this car wash, which is why I dont go here anymore. My wife and I religiously would take our 3 cars at this location. One day, my wife notice that the DVD player was broken when she entered thetr caravan at the exit of this car wash. She notified the car wash manager and she took a look and told my wife the dvd player was like this prior to coming to the car wash. BULLSHIT! What happen was, accidently, while vacuuming the seats and rug, one of the workers released the 2^nd row seat level handle and it slammed into the DVD player. Well, the owner Mike got involved and thats why we dont go there anymore. He told us to go to Toyota for an estimate of replacing the DVD player. It came out to $ 1400. We gave them the original estimate from Toyota and from there we started playing phone tag. He even told my wife he spoke to me and we spoke about getting car detailing, so not true!!! NEVER SPOKE OR EVER HEARD THIS MAN’S VOICE! This place is a good car wash, but if your car gets damaged, getting ready to go through a run around. Call the police to get a report put it.
