My hardwood floor was bought at Lumber Liquidaors Arlington Heights and installed by their recommended installer, A To Z Flooring. 18 months after the installation the floor buckled in a few rooms. I contacted LL corporate and they said buckling was due to the wood not having expansion room and being installed too tightly. When A To Z was contacted to fix the problem they would not take responsibility for the problem because they said their warranty was for 12 months and this was past that time. I agreed to pay for the repairs but Livio could not give me a date for the repairs suggesting I could wait up to 2 months to get them done b ecause they were«busy» even though he was aware one of my doors was unusable due to the buckling. When I realized the repairs wouldn’t be done in a timely manner I told Livio I didn’t want him to do the work… he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Very unprofessional and the original work was shoddy which made me need the repairs in the first place.
