Metro Liquors is the best in town. The store is very large and they have so much to choose from. Their beer selection contains all your domestic and imported brands and their wine selection is not shabby at all. They have a wide variety of wines ranging from California to Chile and a pretty nice selection of Tuscan wines which are my favorite. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions and their prices are very fair.

I’ve been here a few times when the liquor store closer to me doesn’t have what we want. The owners/sales associates are very accommodating but not sweet, if that makes sense. We come here because they have good sales/special prices and almost always have what we’re looking for, and if not at least an alternative.

As a recent transplant from NYC, I am SOOO happy we moved here. These guys can help you find what you want and if they don’t regularly stock it (unlikely) they are very willing to special order. It is the only place I go to in the area. With the move to the larger space, they’ve added a Humidor stocked with a very nice collection of stogies in case you have the unexpected craving for a good cigar to pair with that bourbon.
