Fabulous product. Dropped my iPhone on cement, only the Zagg shield product cracked and I was able to get a new one under warranty simply by asking for it online and then returning the damaged product to Zagg in their envelope. The process was simple and only cost me a couple bucks for shipping vs. $ 100s for new phone or to repair the phone. Nice to have a product that does what is supposed to and a warranty(lifetime) that is honored simply and easily. Highly recommend this product from this company.

The product itself is only average. It does protect from scratches but tends to bubble up and require replacing every 6 months at least. This particular kiosk is particularly horrible in terms of customer service. As soon as they find out that you need a replacement and not a new purchase, they outright lie and state that they do not have iphone covers. Really? An iphone is not exactly an obscure phone. The man said it would take 6 months to get in iphone covers! So much for the lifetime warranty — it’s useless if the representatives won’t honor it. When I called customer support at the main company, they told me there was nothing they could do about it because the kiosks are independently owned. I would strongly recommend against going with this company. There are other alternatives out there.

Zagg shields are great until they bubble up, but even then they come with a lifetime warranty, so you’d think this would be a lock for a 5 star review. Unfortunately, the lifetime warranty comes with a $ 5 installation fee at a kiosk such as this. And this particular kiosk comes with a gentleman who will take said $ 5 and crappily install a new shield that will bubble up in less than an hour. This is case where you’re better off not leaving things up to the«professionals» and just do it yourself.
