I have had lunch here many times and really enjoy it. I would put this 2^nd to Five Guys in my ranking of quick burgers. I like the fact that they seem really involved in local youth sports. The staff has always been very nice.

I thought this place was really great. I came in here with my girlfriend on a Sunday afternoon. The food came out pretty fast and everything was fresh. I had the ½ pound burger with chili fries and my girlfriend had the ¹⁄₃ burger with Cajun fries. What I really liked was how mouth watering the burgers were. Also the chili cheese fries were to die for! I mean I have looked everywhere for some good chili cheese fries and this place hit the spot! I will definitely come back here when I’m in the area!

Wow guys, I really like these places. There are quite a few locations, one in the city and a few more scattered south and west to the suburbs like so many friends and colleagues. Sigh.
Every possible burger combination with really good ingredients, blue cheese dressing was awesome, they also added all the ingredients I listed in a non confrontational way on the burger which I found to be quite relieving. When I was rattling everything off to the sweetheart behind the counter «…mustard, relish, onions, Avocado! BLEU CHEEZ!!» I thought holy crap this will be a mountain of a thing that will crash onto my Angola sweater like so many friends and colleagues. Sigh
But no! All was good, they somehow where able to get all the stuff i ordered safely into my fat face. Sweet man, this is perf, head and shoulders above most chains, and do I dare say… Shake Shack?. I love it. I want to try the Ruben also now this place rocks and I didnt even eat the fries. I got a side salad, with bacon on it. Cuz they got it like that. Also love that you can get Coke Zero Cherry Van off that crazy digital Coke machine. Those are awesome.

Well while working in the Lincolnwood area I made my way over to meatheads upon entering I noticed the beautiful interior design showcasing the history of the village. The interior is bright with a vast array of colors. Plenty of comfortable seating, clean, organize and functional. Making your visit a memorable one. There is a second floor making this a wonderful place for groups, family, or a date. The burgers are cooked to perfection. Plenty of toppings to choose from, affordable and really good. I really enjoyed myself and I will be returning with my family and I will let everyone I know this place is outstanding. I highly recommend this place. One word (Wow!!!) The service was excellent!

I’ve been here a couple of times for game nights upstairs. These folks are just as nice as can be. The Hawaiian burger minus jalapeños is my favorite and the mocha shake was mmm mmm good. I’m not a big soda person but the Coke freestyle machine is always tempting.

Decided to stop in any finally give meatheads a try. I was starving and had a taste for a Cheeseburger. I got a Cheeseburger for $ 9. ! NO FRIES !. IT was COLD AND GROSS! … This place is just awful. The bun was dry and crumbling and after 3 bites I was disgusted. Wendy’s is 100 times better than this place. Will never give it another try. Surprised from all the good reviews.

The cajun fries are amazing will eat here more often my wait was a bit long but ok service overall and Im glad we got this place to opem so near my house and the middle school

Great burgers and fresh fries. Fast service. This place offers free pop to the high school kids. Fun vibe.

This was my first time here. I ordered a ¹⁄₃ lb meathead burger with cheddar cheese and the works. I thought the burger was delicious! I like that their burgers are made from never frozen 100% Angus beef. I also tried the cajun and original fries. Both were seasoned well and crispy. The menu also caters to children — there were options specially for them (hot dog, chicken tenders, lil burger, grilled cheese). I tried the chicken tender and it was better than I expected! The chicken was perfectly cooked and piping hot. The shakes were good as well. My only criticism would be that I wanted less milk and more flavor of the shake (strawberry and coffee in this case). The service was great — the people working there were very friendly. I want to go back and try their chicken sandwich. Definitely go here for a casual place that’s family friendly and serves delicious food.

The food was very good, and the service was friendly, but I still dropped close to $ 15 on a sandwich, fries and shake.

I have to come back and write another review for this place. Still my favorite burger in town (Cajun fries with a side of ranch is heaven)! Just wanted to add that the service is always incredible. Staff is super friendly and never off their game — especially Ariana! She makes it feel as though I’m visiting a friend’s — always kind and helpful with suggestions, etc. It’s a positive experience every time, not only because of the food, but the people. Customer service makes a difference. I’m a Meathead for life.

It was actually my 2^nd time here, though i cant remember how good the food was last time during its opening week… I will give recognition to how fresh the ingredients are and the flavor was very good though i feel its too pricey and i could simply go elsewhere for a better burger with that same price tag… We ordered the Texas Ranch burger, Cajun Sunrise burger, Hawaiian burger and Chicken tenders kids meal-​good chicken but not enough pcs…

All of the above I have tried on multiple occasions at this location.
As chain food goes, Meatheads is one of my all time favorite burger places.
I haven’t had anything beyond the coffee shake because having tried it, I’m not sure I would be willing to switch, its just so darn good. Think quality coffee flavor with the right creaminess and texture without any of the heaviness on your stomach or palate.
This does not mean its easy on the calories. But all the extra activity time needed to burn off the milkshake does not make each slurp any less enjoyable. MMMMmmmm.
The cajun fries are not over spiced — they are done just right. You really don’t even need ketchup or their signature ketchapeno or ketchipotle. Although those are very good as well.
Burgers — juicy. fresh. topped with whatever you want. Its almost overwhelming.
Had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich at the behest of my coworker who was going through a serious craving and needed a partner in lunch. I realize that a grilled cheese seems such a simple thing to make but this is simply mouthwatering. Everything a grilled cheese with extras should be. Crispy but fluffy bread, melted cheese, crispy bacon with a hint of chew and egg.
The fact that we can order ahead for togo is one of the best options.
Salad was a little on the sad side… though the chicken tenders were flavorful and real meat.
Then again, maybe it was sad because I decided not to have a sandwich that day against my better judgement.
They do wrap sandwiches in lettuce for GF peeps.

Bench seating wasn’t comfortable to me forced me to lol— sit up straight. Ok so that’s not a bad thing but I didn’t realize I slouch!
Hot, Juicy grilled chicken, fresh ingredients, Mediterranean chicken sandwich. Perfectly seasons feta fries tasted very good.

I’ve been to this place several times with my boyfriend and I’ve always enjoyed the food. I especially enjoy seeing how connected this place is to the local community. With the free items kids can get if they provide a receipt from a local pool or for reading at the library. That is COOL.
The last time I was there I ordered the chicken sandwich and wasn’t too impressed with how the sandwich was actually two chicken strips on a bun. My boyfriend called the location to inquire about that as we were both surprised that it was just chicken strips. Anyway, the manager that we spoke to was so friendly and offered to send us a free meal voucher for the frustration. Honestly, it was a mild frustration as I still enjoyed the meal but for her to go out of her way to do that was very sweet. She said she would mail us a voucher and I just received the envelope today. What surprised me was the sweet note she included and an extra voucher! Thank you, Jasmine for making my day. We will both be lifelong customers! :)

What to say about this place. Um… it’s great. The first time I tried Meatheads was at work. I work for Done Right Moving and Storage so it’s very close to their location. First off, the burger. Yup yup. All about that. I’m from Jamaica so I’m not very used to cheeseburgers and those bun foods. I don’t know what it is about their burgers and the bun is very tasty to me. The fries are great! I’m not a fan of the plain ones but the Cajun fries are really good. I live in Rogers Park and I have no car so one in the area would be great. But off topic.
I usually get the same thing. The same burger. However this time I made a change. First off added bacon, and BBQ sauce. Plus I got a side of cheese and *****drumroll********* a Oreo shake. Wow! What a treat? Very much like their shakes. I’m still a tourist when it comes to american food like that. A cheeseburger, fries, and milkshake. Right? I can always know that my food us made fresh to order. Too many times I have ordered from places and I get these cold burgers and soggy. Lately milkshakes have been too sweet. Gives me a headache.
Its great for kids, and the have the best people working there. I had a little consistent problem and when I wrote then a little email, not even expecting anything, Tabatha offered to fix the problem in a way I did not know.. Awesome right? I went for a few week without using it because the orders we had were always a little too big.
I’m really happy I changed up my order for once. They have such a wide menu of selections. It is close off public transportation but when it’s nice and warm outside. Very spacey and you vet your own drinks. So, Meatheads.

Great place for an old fashioned greasy burger. There are two sizes ¹⁄₃ pound and ½ pound. Soooo many different toppings that I can’t possibly list them all here. If you like shakes, be sure to try the mint chocolate chip shake (when it is available). We each ordered a ¹⁄₃ burger, fries, and a mint chocolate chip shake. It was too much food and we each ended up getting a «to go bag» so we could finish our lunches at dinner time.
I recommend making sure you use the bathroom before you go to the Meatheads in Lincolnwood since the bathroom facilities are very limited and people are often standing around waiting for their turn to get into the bathroom. I would give 4 ½ stars due to the bathroom issue but 4 ½ is not an option.
Since the employees are super nice and attentive, the restaurant is kept clean, and the food is super good; Meatheads earns 5 stars from me.

My husband wanted to try this place out because we always pass by it on the way to and from work. It’s like the Habit out West. Or like a Fat Burger or Smashburger, or Five Guys.
The place is big, there’s a 2^nd floor. When we went there were only a few folks there so it was pretty quite. The service was interesting. There was a guy taking a break. The lady that took our order was kinda rude and not very helpful. She rolled her eyes because when we were ordering we kinda weren’t sure how it worked. That was definitely uninviting. But the lady that gave us our order was so nice and seemed like she was doing all the work and these other two were just on their phones.
I got the ¹⁄₃ lb burger and it comes with two patties, like at Au Cheval. The burger was just okay and was really heavy. The fries were fresh and reminded me of In-​N-​Out (another West Coast reference).

#Meatheads is a newer casual dining burger chain which has recently invaded #Chicagoland. Like #FiveGuys and #Smashburger, #Meatheads offers a limied variety of menu items mostly focused on burgers, fries and hot dogs. Oh, and don’t forget the shakes!
The menu is easy to understand. I ordered a ½lb burger with Mushrooms and Swiss, with a side of #BBQ Sauce. Of the 3 chains, I’d say #Meatheads is my favorite! Something about the greasiness gets me. I’ve always been known to quote «The messier the better»!
Everyone is going to have their own opinions; however, I’ll continue being a #Meathead, until the next burger chain comes along and knocks them out of their place.
