Dunkin’ Donuts

I don’t even want to give this place one star. I’ve tried complaining but it turns out the owner does not know how to treat their costumers and is just as careless and disrespectful herself. A couple of friends and I were doing hw there. it had been 30 mins, when the worker asked us to move for other men whom were loud and obnoxious continuously walking in and out to have cigarettes with their coffee. She claimed that if we didn’t move her costumers wouldn’t come back. My first instinct was are WE NOT costumers??? She also told us we aren’t allowed to be there and do hw. Just absolutely ridiculous to include they don’t clean their tables. When I asked them to please wipe it down she threw me a wet rag. Will never go back there. COMPLETELY disappointed

I come in here to get coffee for myself and my employees. While the drinks are good and they get my order correct, the service is not great. It not WHAT you do, its HOW you do what you do.

This place has horrible service and they charge you 4 dollars for almond milk !!! Don’t go here!

Not only were the employees extremely rude (I’m looking at you, Helena), but my wife and I received the oddest looking bacon on our sandwiches we have ever seen. It is unnaturally red and it looks more like BEGGIN STRIPS dog treats than real meat. (See photo!) We took it off and refused to eat it. The most disappointing Dunkin experience we have ever had. If I could give 1 star, I would!

Nasty. Im literally in my car outside this place now. I didnt eat inside because they killed my appetite. The lady did not use any gloves when putting cream cheese on my bagel. I never look at how they do it, but today I wad looking at her and she just grabbed my bagel with her bare hands. I asked her Do you not use gloves? She said yes we do but I didnt this time. Are you kidding me? Whats that mean? Thats disgusting. I told her I dont want it anymore and she made new one with gloves. Never again at this branch.

I went here a few times in the morning. I will never be back. I told them my order, they asked if I wanted to upgrade. No thanks, I said. They asked if I wanted 50 munchkins instead of 25. No thanks. Again they asked if I wanted an extra large coffee instead. NO. How about a large coffee, they then asked. NO!!! How about you just give me what I freakin ordered?! Too much of a headache for me.

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would! The young lady that worked the night shift was extremely rude. She was slamming the fridge doors while getting ice cream, disrespectful and rude to one of the customers ahead of me, and had a very nasty attitude.
After she made my iced coffee, which tasted watered down, she slammed the cup on the counter! I will not be visiting this location again.

Terrible customer service and charged me separately for the two items in a combo. I tried to explain my point but he just made up some irrelevant argument. That’s the last of that location for me.

Went in on a Tuesday morning. Parking lot and store was PACKED and I swore I wouldn’t be outta there in less than 15 minutes. I was wrong. I was in and out in like 4 minutes and I ordered a Mocha Latte. Nice people too so cant complain!

So my friend and I decided to go to this Dunkin Donuts because they were empty when we arrived and they recently added free wi-​fi. We arrived at 10PM and ordered food and began to study. Then randomly at 1AM the worker told us that he wanted to mop. My friend and I politely told him we were more than willing to move, or to take our bookbags off the floor, but he essentially told us to leave. That is not fair because we are paying customers and we just got kicked out for doing nothing but minding our own business. I would like to put on the record that the store was EMPTY and it was only us there. This is the last time I go to this Dunkin Donuts.
Now because this is Unilocal,I would like to give my opinion about the food. It’s pretty much your standard Dunkin Donuts fare, and at 10PM their donut selection was rather limited and starting to turn stale, as you would expect at that hour. Their coffee is not up to par, and I prefer the coffee at other Dunkin Donuts locations to be honest. The only nice thing about this place is that this location is ²⁴⁄₇ and the addition of free wi-​fi.

will never go here again, the man with the glasses that worked the night shift would not take my 5 dollar bill for hot chocolate because a corner was missing, c’mon are you serious? and on top of that he gave me that look like he was better than me for even offering him that bill, i guess business is that good for you to refuse currency.

Yeah, I know, they’re pretty much everywhere here in Chicago but we don’t have them in California so I was sooooo excited to see these. I still hear the jingle from my childhood in my head…
Never had the French Crueller before and this was sooooo good!
The Chocolate donuts were as good as I remember them!

It’s like a merry go round here. There are good parts to the ride and then there are it’s bad.
Morning service is speedy, it’s still manned with enough counter associates to get you on your way, quickly. For this a solid three or three and a half stars is perfect but there are times when the night guy just tries my patience with the worst customer service. It really comes down to, are you willing to sacrifice service you should receive for half ass service.
Late night is slow and mainly because it’s the same one dude that works solo. Well, not really solo as he’s usually got a blue-​tooth in his ear and always on. I wonder sometimes if comedy movies have it right and if this dude is also working a customer service job via his cell phone. He doesn’t speak English into it and I don’t think India would outsource those jobs here, so who knows. This review update is about this dude. Some Baskin Robbins locations, especially these duo locations tend to have employees that try to discourage you from using corporate sponsored coupons. They use their remedial English skills to make you think they don’t accept them. Take the other night for instance I am in with a Bo-​Go coupon for sundaes. I just printed it and brought it over. This dude incessantly raked over the e-​mail trying to find any reason to discredit it. WTF? He told me a couple times, this is not for this location when it clearly shows a future expire date and that it does work at ALL locations. He also tried to tell me that it expired the day I brought it in, I showed him that was in fact «todays date» the date the email was printed.
In the end, he didn’t do as the coupon asked and I was overcharged. What to do… complaining to corporate about this dude doesn’t seem to do anything. I’m saving myself future headaches and hitting another location. In the end most of them are probably owned by the same family and there are so many locations, they all can’t be the same?

I usually dont review chains, but this local one right by my residence deserves some support from a local.
Now I love me some coffee early in the morning, more particularly in the fall/​winter season. And they never get my orders wrong, hell sometimes they know what Im going to ask for right when I walk in the door! Service is always super quick, to the point, and accurate every time.

This is an odd branch and this review is based upon nighttime visits for ice cream. Not sure how they do things during the morning or how the doughnuts are, but here it goes:
The ice cream does not seem to be cared for properly and they have pretty crappy presentation. Last time I was there, it looked like they let the ice cream melt a little bit then froze it back up again as there were flavor drippings all along the sides of the cartons. We opted for a take home pint that day.
This location is often populated with weird old dudes. Seriously, there were about 10 of them. They were just hanging out and drinking coffee. Kind of weirded us out — enough to opt not to eat there.
If you are looking for a quick pint of good ice cream to take home — this place will get the job done. But don’t hang out here unless you enjoy the company of weird old guys.

Open 24 hours. Ahhhh. Hooray for being a fatty at all hours of the night. Honestly this is just an average Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins with a really sweet dude that works the overnight shift. What I need to shine in the spotlight on here is their TIRIMISU ice cream. It’s y new favorite ever and it’s only found at Baskin Robbins and not hardly any of them either except this one from my experience. TRY IT! You’ll like it.
