Claire’s Boutiques

My daughter’s ears were pierced when she was very young and one of them tore slightly. So for the last few years as a teen, she’s wanted her ears pierced. So we came to Claire’s to see what they think.
Well, the sale associate Suli, was there and was FANTASTIC! She showed us how she can slightly move the new piercing away from the original and it turned out awesome. So my daughter finally has her ears pierced and wore beautiful earrings to her BF’s prom. I wish I had found Suli earlier. Her sales skills, friendliness and knowledge were all I needed to decide to re-​pierce the ear. I felt like I made a new friend when we met Suli and she is the only Claire’s location I will go to from now on! Love all the cool jewelry and hair adornments they have here. Store was packed, but in complete order.
Hope the people at Claire’s see this and tell Suli what great customer service she provides on their behalf. Thanks again, Suli!
