Since the change of ownership, service and new staff has declined. Product used on hair is sticky. They looked up my records but didn’t follow. A terrible experience. I won’t go again

I have straight hair about shoulder length, nothing complicated, straight across. I’ve been getting cuts here for several years and they have done a cut that is almost worth the cost. The last two times I had cuts made me realize I’m done with them. First, I believe the comb used was dirty as my hair was almost immediately greasy. Then the last time I wanted about two inches off all around and I showed her with my fingers how much. I ended up with some hair proper length and some hair with a little off and some that looked like none was cut. I’m sure some of the people do a good job but I’m done.
