Absolutely the best burgers in town. The bowling alley is great fun and for $ 10 on the weekend you can bowl as many games as your heart desires. A fun place for the kids and a great pub for the adults. If you’re going to bowl in Lincoln this is the place to go.

Delicious food — delightful service. Potato salad is most awesome! So are the homemade pie and patty melts.

Great classic burger. Fries were standard. Mine were a little under cooked. Good bowling food.

this place has been very good, back when it was Kings, and now after many years as independently owned and operated. Fred and Ruby, the owners bought Kings at this location, very good burger. the onion rings are very good, too. the same goes for the milk shakes.

Parkway does have good hamburgers but they are not worth $ 4.45 a piece. You would be lucky to have a 1⁄8 pound of meat or 2 oz. The menu states a hamburger is $ 3.95, but after you order and question why the bill is so much it’s because there is a $.50 charge added because of «the recent increase in the cost of beef.» Never mind the fact that you don’t get fries with the hamburger, that is $ 1.75 more on top of the $ 4.45 for the burger. It’s better to go to Runza and get a quarter pound(4 oz) of beef for less. A hamburger meal at Runza cost the same as just the hamburger at Parkway.

This is my favorite bar in Lincoln. The bartenders are super friendly and chill, they have a great selection of beers and the taps rotate fairly frequently. They also do fun mixed drink specials that are pretty cheap and fun to try out. I also love the set up and all the books they have in the back. I’ve only ever been here after the kitchen has closed, but they give you free popcorn to munch on while drinking.

«I always come here for Patty Melts, which are just fn amazing. Ordered their Peanut Butter Bacon Cheese Burger, and I think I have a new favorite. I order a side of Fries when with someone else, which the fries aren’t anything special. 5.50 for a patty melt or PBB.

The Parkway Pub is a pub nestled inside the Parkway Lanes Bowling Alley. It’s known for the best burgers in Lincoln. It’s a dark but friendly place with great sandwiches, salads, daily specials, homemade soups and homemade pies(sour cream raisin, chocolate, lemon meringue, coconut cream, yum!) The wait staff(usually Birdie and Kathy at lunch) know you by your first name and also know what you drink. I asked them how they knew everybody’s name and one waitress said laughingly, «We always remember our best and worst customers!»(I didn’t ask them what category I fit in.) The daily specials range from hot beef sandwiches with gravy, meatloaf, sloppy joes, and my favorite a taco salad layered with Dorito chips instead of a taco shell. In the bowling alley part is a luncheonette called, «Fred and Ruby’s» you can eat out in the bowling alley or go into the pub for a sitdown meal and drinks. They serve the same food. It’ reminds me of a place you’d find in a small town. They serve both lunch and dinner. Another unusual thing– you can get a grilled hot dog sliced down the middle-not many places serve those anymore.
