Customer service from Heather is absolutely the worst. She likes to threaten people. Don’t use them if you want a detailed invoice — you won’t get one. So you will be paying for things that you have no clue if they did or not and even after work is done — they give you NOTHING to sign that is was done or what was done, etc.

We moved to Lincoln and didn’t know anyone to get referrals from for plumbing or HVAC work. We stumbled upon Tarter Brothers, and got them to hook up a new bathtub and replace our furnace. We couldn’t have been happier with them — great price, good work, nice guys.

Had them install a new central air unit. They had already been paid 6 months ahead of time. I explained to them that I did not want it installed until closer to warm weather. They arrived and checked it with my thermostat. Complimented me on my furnace work. Not more than a week later my thermostat stopped working. They wanted to charge me another $ 200 to fix it. So I had another company look at it, they never hard wired it. I called and complained to the receptionist. Finally hanging up after she proceeded to argue with me and then use profanity. Don’t use them! They are crooks and provide you with crappy service.
